I recently purchased this water dispenser, and I'm genuinely impressed by its value and aesthetics. Despite its affordable price, it boasts an appealing design that complements our open kitchen perfectly. However, it's worth noting that some of the finishes feel a bit cheap, which might be attributed to its manufacturing origin.On a positive note, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. Its stylish appearance integrates well into our kitchen space, and its distance from the bedroom proves to be an unexpected advantage. The dispenser does produce some noise during the heating and cooling processes, but it's not a concern unless you're in close proximity.In conclusion, I would definitely consider buying this product again, primarily for its impressive looks and how well it fits into our room. I even find myself humorously challenging @Samsung to create a similar product—I'd be the first in line to buy it! 😂 joking away it really deserves the 5 ⭐️

I am using this dispenser now for 1 week and I am happy with it. Initial impression it looks good. First I was little disappointed to see there is no individual switches that controls the Hot & Cold on & off, but later I found that the On &Off switch is there in beautiful soft touch control panel in the front. It has a night light which does its job.The only thing I did not like is that it has only 1 single out for 3 modes of water.

The indicated temperature is wrong all the time, now it doesn’t even heat up to 92celsius degrees, please don’t get us wrong, we’ve read through the guidelines and adjusted the heating temperature, now it stop heating once it indicate 84 degrees, and drop all of a sudden to 79 degrees, it’s such a hustle to get the water heated, please don’t buy this product, shame the return window is closed. Not useful at all, bought a headache instead, expensive and doesn’t even do the basic jobs !!!

Fast cooling, Fast heating and elegant design.

I do like the design and ease of placing the bottles at the bottom, but the digital screen keeps coming off (it actually just comes right off and I have to stick it back on) and it sometimes doesn’t cool, very confusing and difficult to get it to start cooling, but then randomly stops working again. It doesn’t heat at all.

Despite the company knowing that the display is not glued- fixed properly and keeps coming off they still decide to deliver to clients and offload this problem for clients ro fix. Bad quality management and a reason to not buy this unit. There is plenty others manufacturers who take Qualitymanagement and customer satisfaction more serious.

Easy to use, user friendly, Good cooling heating and freezing capacity.

Liked the product overall, but built quality could have been much better. The touch panel was not glued properly, one side of it came off the first day. It took little time to understand initial set up. It take too long for hot water after the initial set up.
