ordered this from Amazon after the Dyson store took 6 MONTHS to tell me it could be available in another month - it came in a lot less time than that! Genuine Dyson in OEM packaging.

The bristles come off when using the product, especially directly on to the machine's filter.

I bought the Dyson travel hair dryer in May 2026. Loved it so much that I borrowed my friend’s airwrap to see if it would be worth getting that as well. Instead I bought this attachment to try out first - and I’m glad I did. These accessories perform exactly the same as my friend’s airwrap. The magnetic adapter fits snugly and stays firm when styling. The directional hair curlers snap in and out easily and are identical quality and design to those on the airwrap. You have to use the hairdryer on its warmest and highest airflow settings to replicate what the airwrap does, otherwise the airflow is too little and won’t grab the hair. You can also switch the hairdryer to cool mode to cool the curl before unwrapping it, again replicating what the airwrap does. I personally found the curling to be fairly easy in terms of the angle of the hairdryer, potentially easier to get in the back compared to the airwrap. Works best when hair is slightly damp, clean and roots are dry. Will give you a beautiful blow out, not tight ringlets curls, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Absolutely worth the $50AUD to attach these accessories to my Dyson travel hairdryer.
