What are the colors? What is praetorian supposed to look like??

The names are in the titles. The Adept Palette in Singularity BLACK, The Adept Palette in Particle Accelerator BLUE and The Adept Palette in Praetorian PURPLE are the first thing you read when you stumble onto this palette ad. Plus look at the pictures. The Praetorian is purple.

I see the depth is listed as 1 inch. Can anyone tell me the actual inside depth?

Look at the photo here. It says 1/3 of an inch and that seems to be about right
