Black scented Oil on the head, torn packing
I just received it, haven’t used it yet but there was black oil around the head and its a scented oil! The package didn’t look new and i didn’t feel i had purchased a new original product, I’ll probably return it

Amazing upgrade for me!
Phillips got amazing products! I had the series 3000 on 2019 and lasted until last week (6 yrs). It’s still working but i thought i need to upgrade. I got this series 5000 and felt so great to have it. Silent and sharp with very nice accessories. I recommend this product.

Good for the price
Good trimmer, nice that it's usb rechargeable, decent battery life. Wish it had a larger head to trim my bread slightly longer but other than that it's good
