Incase Dots Hardshell Case with Makrolon for MacBook Air 13 inch, Black

Great case! Currently on my MacBook Air 13" and seems to hold up well. Already spilled some coffee onto outside and it protected the laptop well from any damage. It snapped right onto the laptop with ease and so far, no stress damage o the hinges has been noted. This is the same brand that the Apple Store sells, so I'd imagine this product shouldn't hurt the laptop overall. It does have a smoother, plastic-like feel to it, so just note that there is little grip on the bottom of the case.

I did not have high expectations but this case definitely exceeded them! I have had it for about a year and a half of regular use and it still looks great. A little cracking on the corners over time but that is to be expected. Would buy again.

The case fit very well and has been able to withstand a many bumps without issue. The plastic is thick but not too thick and snapped easily onto the computer.

I really want to like it for it’s dotted finish, it looks really nice, but the tolerance of this case is bad for the M4 Macbook Air 13”, the top case is too tight and fitting the latches will bend the screen towards its back. I have done a night worth of moding to make it fit, however it does not. I need some cover to protect my new macbook so I will keep this case. I cut down all the latches to flat and blowed it with hairdryer to expand it a little so it does not bend my screen. the top case is now held with mounting putty at the corners. I absolutely like the dotted design, but the tolerance is just not right.

While I wish I could give this product a better rating, the bottom of it doesn't stay on my 13 inch MacBook Pro. I understand I ordered a MacBook Air 13 Inch Case, but I was told this would work just the same with my MacBook Pro. The top does a perfect job of staying on, and I think it's protective enough, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Without being able to use half of the product, I can only give it half the amount of stars. However, even with the bottom not staying on, not sure this product would be worth 5 stars. It protects well but it's not revolutionary or anything. It just protects at a very standard, basic level.

laptop doesn't fully close as top is bent by the case slightly

La tapa del MacBook M2 no llega a cerrar del todo bien. A la larga supongo que esto podría acarrear algún tipo de problema. Supongo que esto será un problema para cualquier carcasa al menos de la serie M1 Pro en adelante.

Ottimo fit ma non la riacquisterei per il semplice motivo che per il prezzo che costa mi aspettavo un protezione maggiore a livello della cerniera invece tale zona risulta completamente scoperta .

You are lucky if you get to read this review before you buy this case. The biggest problem which is caused by this case is that it bents the back of the MacBook which is unacceptable. Second problem is that it limits you to open the lid of the MacBook fully which is a huge design flaw because it makes plastic nosies which can be really annoying.
