Ernie Ball Earthwood Light Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings - 11-52 Gauge

I love these strings..I’ve never been a fan of the coated strings like elixirs so these have been my go to for many years now..I currently use them on a lava me 2 electro acoustic and the sound is nicely balanced for both strumming and finger picked playing..They have so far lasted a respectable length of time for home use and have worked well in a gig situation with stable tuning.They are definitely my favourite acoustic strings

Nice strings work nice on Spruce Mahogany but didn’t suit my Spruce Rosewood guitar 80/20 are better for that one.But phosphor is great on my other guitar

Replaced phosphor-brone strings by D'addario (which were also pretty good) with these ones - I don't remember D'addario ever being that good. The strings have a beautiful tone and the gauge - perfect balance of tone, durability and playing comfort. Love them.Will definitely be buying them again (soon).

My favourite strings are D’Addarios, which work well, sound good and are long lasting. I use them on all of my acoustic guitars except one - my Faith Venus. The Venus is a very bright guitar inherently and I find the D’Addarios are just too trebley on it. After some trial and error I have found that these EBs suit the Faith well. Warmer sounding with less harsh brightness, I also like that they seem to lose their sparkle quite quickly, which most times might be an issue. However with the Faith this dulling down results in the kind of tone I like, which suits me. So I’m happy with them, and a good lesson that different strings suit different guitars.

ive used d'addario's for a while, they have great tone in 11s, projection and clarity and brightness. bad points are hard on the fingers and really tight. I'm definitely preferring these on my concert shape acoustic. i didnt want to go to 10s for the loss of sound quality but noticed these have a bit thinner b g d strings than d'addario 11s . staying in tune after 10 mins on, much easier to fret, seem less tight, more bendy and a good earthy bluesy folky sound. exactly what i was after. have made my guitar bassier-you might not want this with a dreadnought-and more fun to play. very minor sustain and clarity compromise. like 'em

as a guitarist myself, i regard these light gage strings excellent value and frankly terrific quality, i know most think and use medium gage but when you switch to light with a good quality string you will immediately hear that sound quality, and Resonance, i doubt you will go back to medium again, keep playing girls and guys,

I haven't been playing guitar long and for that reason, I admit, I did watch a YouTube video on how to best fit my new strings. I had no issues whatsoever and those that say they snapped on fitment must be doing something wrong!I do like the sound these strings produce and there's certainly less of that annoying vibration noise compared to another brand I used previously. However, they are a bit harder wearing on the fingers but I do not see that as a negative... need to build them up eventually. Overall would recommend!

Me han sorprendido mucho para bien. He puesto las ligeras (11x) en una Little Martin que tenía las que recomienda la casa MA140T (12x) que no me convencían mucho por volumen y sonido un poco metálico y la diferencia es notable. Mucho más volumen y sustain y un sonido más cálido, y por menos de la mitad de precio. No las he probado con la guitarra amplificada eso sí, pero ya he pedido otros dos juegos para probarlas en la hermana mayor la D18 porque no me esperaba tan buen sonido aunque ya sabemos que esto es subjetivo de cada uno. Muy buena compra
