I was alittle skeptical at first reading a bit of reviews but I said why not. Deliver was fast and smooth, I received my product and loved the material and supports my back. I’m excited to start my journey. & to all my ladies starting theirs you are beautiful, you are strong, and you got this! I also got purchased hot cream which I hope helps my results! ☺️ GBP.s I’m 155lbs 5’1 and have had 3 babies . I ordered a medium ofcoarse it’s a squeeze but that’s what I personally wanted! Comfortable enough to wear all day& keeps everything tight!

3 weeks of searching lead me to purchase; I'm so happy I did. I placed a thin cotton camisole underneath and 1 hour on the 1st set of hooks lead me to the 2nd set for 10 hours total. I should say that length of time and adjustment ISN'T for everyone, I'm a person trainer. Aim for 1-3 hours when starting. If your uncomfortable when fastened loosen it. If your on the 1st set of hooks and its uncomfortable, give yourself a week of healthier food choices, turmeric, ginger, aloe vera juice (unsweetened), apple cider vinegar if you can, water, movement and try again. Not fittingly comfortable after that return it and order a larger size. Don't give up; No shame. life is a journey, this is a path you've chosen, be patient with yourself, mind and body. Again, you should NOT be in discomfort or pain: SUNG is the way, like an big hug (w/o the labored breathing when squeezed). The following day started on the 2nd set adjusting to the 3rd. All I can say is it feels amazing.I have great posture already thankfully but after a C-section 14 years ago it felt like my organs weren't in their place even with being fit, they do now! I'm able to get my cardio/weight training in while wearing and even some lower abdominal work/crunches. Side note, it helped with menses pain ladies and for that alone I'm looking forward to smaller sizes in the future.

I was a bit skeptical about these but thought I'd finally try. I first bought a L. I'm 5'3", 135 lb. It takes a little getting used to putting it on. I used it working out (lifting) and it was great! really alleviated back pain and a reminder to use my core more. It surprisingly comfortable, no problems transitioning to cardio or other activities. I wear it under my clothes and I look SMOKIN'. (just sayin). But I tried the large for a week and it became clear I was going to need to go smaller. So I exchanged for a M. I got that Jan 31. as of yesterday (March 2) I was down to the smallest set of hooks! I'm ordering a S next.

I ordered SHAPERX Women's Waist Trainer Corsets Latex Waist Cincher Body Shaper Sports Girdle Weight Loss, (Black, Large)it was received quickly (Amazon fulfillment) and the garment fits well.I do find it a little difficult to get all the hooks in when trying to cinch in a bit due to just how fiddly those types of hooks are, but this type of garment is always a bit difficult in that respectIt is very comfortable compared to a steel boned corset, though the latex does mean it doesn't breathe much but I knew that going in.I would like if you had a model that cinched more at the waist while still keeping the ribs and hips out.I'm a bit hard to fit as I have 34" under bust (ribs below bust) and 41" hips.. My natural waist is 32" but I corset down to 28 regularly. I use the ShaperX when I want a well-hidden cinch. I find that this particular garment reduces to about 30" on me.The construction is good/ solid.I would give 5 stars if it were a bit more "waspie" in shape (a bit more cinched in at the waist)

It feels comfortable and it fits well I use this for my posture and let me tell you it works so well when I have back pain due to my posture. Recommend this to anyone really.

The size guide is incorrect. If I went by that from the get go I would've been in an XL. But I decided to size down per the comments and it's still too big on my upper body. The bottom part is fine-ish but i immediately was on the 3rd latch.I got a large but honestly a small may fit me good by the waist on the first buckle, not the 3rd.But it is very comfortable and something I can wear all day with no issues. The sizing is just off.

I've tried so many waist trainers. This one, I practically live in lol. I started with an XL which I never thought I'd get to that size but my shirts are size M to L now. I hit 39 and my metabolism just froze on me. I went from 130 to 160lbs in months... at 5'4. So the XL was a perfect size considering the adjustment rows. Started on the first row, couple of weeks later I started using the 2nd row then 3rd. Couple of months later I bought the size L! PROGRESS!!! Started on the first row with this one and now at the 3rd row. I wear a tank top under it because my skin is oversensitive regardless so I can't say how it feels directly on the skin. But there's such a difference that I had to buy a size 6 work pants now when I was a 10 then 8. Now 6. I don't workout, I battle with that consistency but I'm on the go 6 days a week working. Great product, great buy. I'd ultimately advise that you buy 1 size bigger to start off... you want a comfortable fit where you can breath!

i love this product they have so much to choose from i recommend using the latex waist trainer it’s worth all the money haha, also i recommend getting 2 different sizes it shrinks your waist and your gonna need a smaller size overtime but overall best waist trainers ever !

It is lovely and really tucks you the all length of your abdomen. I do not wear it tight, just enough to keep me relatively flat. I can eat, run, exercise and I wear it all day long.Depending on your shape, I would say go one size higher than you would normally do but you have 3 sets of hooks that let you choose if you want it tighter or comfortable. Actually, it is quite good if you are on a weight management program or if you fluctuate with your shape because of water retention.Aha, my only complaint: it takes ages to do up. Believe me, add at least 15 minutes to your daily routine. I usually start by the bottom, I have found it easier , but whichever way you start doing it up , make sure you lie flat, otherwise (if you have a bulging tum like me) as soon as you do a few hooks, they undo themselves. It is actually maddening and lying flat is the only way (at least for me) you can do them up quickly.I took a star off because of it.I have bought two others in different patterns and sizes (one black and one animal print) to give as presents. I love the flower pattern on my belt. Camellia made was recommended to me by a friend who uses their corsets and she said there are some cheaper look alike but they are not as long and wide. I am glad I followed her advice, as the belt really does not ride up.Many people have commented on how well I have done with my exercise program as they can see my smaller waist (I just smile and say Thank you... no way I will own up to cheating..)

very small fitting. I am a size 14 and I couldn't even get anywhere close to closing it - I have return and exchanged for 2 sizes bigger - fingers crossed! but the quality and style is lovely and well made...

I love this, it's really working on my body. I had a baby about a year ago, and i was trying to get my waist from rolls to smooth again. After wearing it for about 4 days now i can see a difference i wished that i took a before picture, but it looks good and feels good.I still have rolls, as more a wear it my tummy and my rolls are slowly going away. I wear it when my boyfriend at work, so when he gets back i sneak into the bathroom and take it off quickly.I feel like one of my top favorite corset waist trainer, it worth it for me and maybe for you too. I'm definitely going to keep SHARPERX on my top favorite places to go for it.

This style is not great because there’s these hard metal wires that are vertical and all around the waist trainer, it digs into your skin and super uncomfortable. I ended up getting a different type of one for half 1/3 of the price on Shein. I’m gonna throw this one out.
