I recently bought new trainers and for the first time I was getting blisters on the inside of my feet. I was sceptical that these would solve the problem but I switched to these from my cheap cotton socks and the blisters cleared up straight away. They are soooo comfy… which is an added bonus.

Very expensive, but great socks. I'm a size 7 UK and medium fits perfectly.

Excellent socks - great for spring and cooler runnering. Super comfortable in the right conditions, but runs hot. Still a little thick for my liking in summer so have rated 4 stars.

Love Balega socks, these ones are light weight but with a bit of extra padding wear it's needed.

Bought on recommendation, time will tell, not as thick as expected.

I got a size larger than normal but they were still too tight, and turned out to be quite flimsy because after just one wash there are already signs of fraying. This is a really substandard product, as others have also reported. It's a pity because my understanding is that not all Balega socks are of poor quality.

Excelente calcetín, muy ligero, tiende a irse desgarrando con el paso del tiempo, pero lo probé con los pies mojados y a diferencia de otras marcas no saca ampollas.

Every time I put them on, my toes catch on the inside of the sock on all the decorative stitching. I have other styles in this brand and they do not have the same problem
