My hair is very thin and dry. I have ordered this item together with Paba. I have started taking these capsules at Jan 25th 2015 as per instructions on the bottle;1 capsule each. I have not noticed any result yet, but perhaps it needs more time. My hair was shedding too much but i found a solution for that. Mixed equal amounts of pure coconut oil and castor oil and applied it 1 or 2 times a week. I slept with a plastic bag over my hair and washed it the next morning. Before applying the oils to my hair i did warm it up in hot water cuz castor oil is hard to apply without warming it.
