I bought the Lamicall Gooseneck Bed Phone Holder primarily to make it easier to watch videos and read in bed without holding my phone for ages, and it has turned out to be a brilliant purchase. It’s one of those simple gadgets that quickly becomes part of your daily routine because it just makes life more comfortable. First impressions are excellent — the holder feels strong and well-made straight out of the box. The clamp is heavy-duty and coated with a rubberised finish to protect your furniture. I clamped it onto the edge of my wooden headboard, but it would fit onto desks, tables, or bedside cabinets just as easily. It grips tightly and doesn’t slip or damage surfaces. The gooseneck arm itself is sturdy but flexible. It’s thick enough that it holds its shape firmly without sagging or wobbling under the weight of the phone, but it’s still easy enough to bend and adjust into whatever position you need. You can easily move it around for the perfect viewing angle, whether you’re lying flat, sitting up, or reclining. The phone holder at the end is spring-loaded and can rotate 360 degrees, meaning you can quickly switch from portrait to landscape mode. It fits my iPhone 13 Pro easily, and I tested it with a Samsung Galaxy S21 and an older iPhone 8 — all fit securely without any issues. The holder also has rubber padding inside, so it doesn’t scratch or mark your device. I got this reduced for £10 in the Black Friday sale and it's seriously one of the best £10 I've ever spent! I'd ordered 4 or 5 different ones from different brands to compare and when I got to try this one it blew all the others out of the water. I have a ten inch lenovo tablet and tried viewing it with just the stick out stand built into the cover I bought. Which is OK but sat at a table means you have to bend your neck down which isn't very comfortable or pleasant long term and reduces the satisfaction of using a tablet in my opinion. So I was looking for a stand like this to elevate the tablet high enough to make it better to view. Most of the other stands I bought had one issue or another - were either too wobbly, the cradle was too small to grip and hold the tablet properly and firmly, etc. But this stand is 100% perfect for the task in every way. The cradle is nice and big can fit and hold my tablet with the protective case on, firmly on place. The stand is extremely sturdy with a nice and sufficiently heavy (but not too heavy) foot. The stand doesn't wobble or shake in any way. Plus the design is really cool looking and well designed. When not in use or folds up reasonably compactly. Although the height is not adjustable the set height is perfect for viewing. I've been viewing my daily papers on my tablet with this the last week and it's a joy to with this stand. I don't normally write such long reviews. But thought I would to help others find the perfect tablet stand as this really is. Excellent work, Lamicall!

This item is quite good ! The build quality is high and the arm stays quite rigid once attached to a surface. My phone stays steady in the grip once secured! Can take a good deal of weight , I've got a large phone and had no issues The only issue I have with it is the grip mechanism that your phone is placed in. It often will loosen or cause your phone to come out if you try to reposition the arm whilst you have your phone inside. (Just take your phone out before adjusting lol)

Great does exactly what is needed strong and versatile. At first I wasn’t convinced it would hold hut it’s very strong and very flexible too

Having to buy a stand for my iPad Air 3 after being told by my chiropractor, as my neck was giving me a lot of bother. I decided to go with this one instead of the foldable one also by Lamicall, purely because of the height of the stand, and not just about the angle. As I sit on my bar stool at my kitchen island, my body and eye level are so elevated, I needed a stand tall enough to lift my head to a natural position, rather bending down all the time. This stand is perfect!! It’s very sturdy and I also like the fact that I can ( potentially ) adjust the height up and down with one hand. Why did I say potentially? Maybe because the stand is brand new, and the height adjusting mechanism is still quite stiff ( or, maybe my hand is just not strong enough? ). I tried to adjust the height with one hand ( in the product description ) with a little difficulty when I first set it up. In the end, I needed to use both hands, One to hold the stand, and the other to adjust the height, Now the stand is at a perfect height for me, there’s no need to adjust it constantly as I’m the sole user for my iPad. The relief on my neck was absolutely instantaneous. I should’ve bought one long ago!! It’s also really good for using to watch YouTube videos when I’m pottering about in my kitchen. I’m 5’7” tall and the screen is now at the right position that so I don’t have bend down my neck any more. It has stopped the pain and strain in my neck! A little bonus for me is the height of this stand also mean that I can hang my headphone on the stand behind my iPad when not in use, so it’s not left on the surface of my kitchen island. I would recommend this product to anyone who is considering buy a stand. The Lamicall foldable stand which I originally was going to buy that has loads of 5 star review will be on my shopping list before I go on holiday in the future, knowing now how good their product is.

Had previous one which broke when my knocked ig off my desk. This one is far stronger. Easy to install. Now my cat has now access to study. To my brave driver despite the terrible heat you managed to to deliver everything for me. Thank you.

I’ve had this since January, and it’s been absolutely brilliant — no issues at all and performed fantastically every time I used it. Unfortunately it broke today, which was disappointing after such reliable service. It seems the materials could be a bit more robust, so I’ll be exploring some alternative brands for my next purchase. Overall, a great product while it lasted. Update, I contacted the suppliers through Amazon contact details. Absolutely amazing quick response on there side and sending a free replacement couldn’t be happier. (Truly value their customers)

It’s very good and helps me out a lot when I need a 3rd hand, especially when I need a torch but need both my hands on what I’m working on. However it’s not very stable and will shake at even the most gentle touch. And unless you’re very strong, it’ll be pretty difficult to bend the metal and shape it so you can comfortably position your phone or whatever device that would fit. It’s perfect for just getting around but I wouldn’t really recommend if you’re specifically looking for professionalism.
