I am really happy with the quality of the rack. I would like to have a lower center bar for my shorter tables to rest on. Maybe offer that as an option

I ordered this item to hold the folding chairs in my office and it collapsed almost injuring one of my employees. It is not sturdy or durable (the screws bent and the rack arms bent too) and we cannot replace it. Tried to contact the seller and was directed to Amazon customer service who told me the return period expired and offered a $50 credit that I never received. Do not buy this product or deal with this seller.

I needed a caddy for 24 chairs that fit in an elevator, so I knew buying this that I was going to cut out the center section and shorten it. That part worked well and also made it much more sturdy with a shorter wheelbase and less weight. But it does not fit through standard 36" doors in a commercial building, unless you can open the door 180 degrees and squeeze it through, otherwise the door itself is in the way. It was not 33" wide at the base of the caddy where the wheels were, it was 34". Typical 36" commercial doors in office buildings open up to about a 110 degree swing (just past 90 degrees) and the effective width of the door opening is about 33 1/4". I was able to cut the square tubing that stuck out past the wheels and this worked fine. See photos. Also, the cover was just a simple tarp that does not fit well.

This cart is built very weak for this many chairs had to put extra bracing on it. Then it did OK.

This product is not well made and collapsed within an hour of putting chairs on it. When we removed some of the chairs and tried to roll it, the screws pulled clear through the bolt holes.

It’s a nice set up but it is not something that can actually hold all the chairs it says it can

It’s doing the job but I’m a little disappointed: 1. The instructions, at first glance make it seem like an easy job but they are missing some important points such as a) information about the hardware b) information about the end caps c) be careful when assembling the side and and bottom bar with the wheels bars to ensure the wheels are on the same side d) recommendation for how to distribute the 2 wheels with the locking mechanisms -if you are a handy person/experienced with assembly like this (like me) you can figure it out but otherwise I this the customer is screwed! 2) The cover is not a real cover but a cheap tarp 3) There is no recommendation or instructions for the wraps. Again, unless you are experienced with ropes and ties you’ll not be able to figure out what to do with which tie or how to use the ratchet buckles.

Product received not made of heavy metal. After 2 weeks of use the frame buckled and is now too weak to hold the chairs. Frame screws are popping through the frame holes.
