Allows a more professional looking job.
First time using anything like these, but they do a really good job of smoothing tiles. I used them mostly to put a slight bevel on tile cuts and removing the sharp corner really made the job look better. The different grits gives you more options depending on what you are trying to smooth. Start with a lower grit if you need to remove more material and work up to the higher grit to get a smooth surface. They remove more material than I expected.

A 10/10 on the Mohs scale!
Used to hone carbide rotary hammer bits these pads extend the life each bit. The 60 grit is great to remove some of the hardened steel that holds the carbide bit to give better access to the carbide itself and the 100 grit plus is nice for the honing process. I've sharpened my bits multiple times doubling and tripling the life of each bit (so far) for about 6 minutes of sanding per bit. This saves money on new drills, but is also reduces waste and throwing drill bits away after dulling once. If these pads can hone carbide, 8.5 on the Mohs scale, it proves they are a diamond product which is a 10 on the same scale. I have no doubt they will sand any other material I may use them for. I have not noticed any erosion of the sanding surface yet, I've only used these on the drills which uses the edge of the pad. The pads suffer near the edges but that is expected when sanding hard and rough surface. In time I may try and trim the pad smaller to expose new diamond material if the edge ever wears out. The image shows three used bits. Two I have resharpened on the right (more than once) and a dull bit is on the left.

Decent product, just donโt expect much on a hard tile
The sanding pads work pretty well. Not gonna do a lot to a porcelain tile, but enough to keep yourself from getting cut up. Easy to use and pretty cheap. Not sure theyโll last longer than one job, though.

Buy these ones they work really well
Honestly, these things are amazing. I had to make some really intricate curved cuts by hand with a grinder and a blade there were chips. It was not beautiful. I was able to use this to smooth out the edges and make it look absolutely perfect for the price, these things are absolutely freaking amazing just out of curiosity, I tried to cut it with a tile blade. It wouldnโt even cut. Theyโre tough.

Great sanding blocks
These are great for tile but are also great for a drywall. Add a Diablo Sandnet disc, which is similar to a drywall screen and you can sand down drywall quickly while keeping it flat.

Quality control issues
I got these to remove excess cement film off some landscaping rocks. Haven't used them yet but once received it was an obvious used return as the 100 block was already greyed out in the center with the abrasive plate worn. For $11 I'm fine with it but I did use the same 100 to try to remove hardened food off a 16 inch knife edge and it did a horrible job. Again it was $11 but these seems to be worse then a regular sanding block.

Excellent for Smoothing and Finishing Tile Edges
The Diamond Hand Polishing Pads have worked extremely well for finishing the cut edges on my tiles. They make a noticeable difference to the final appearance, helping to smooth sharp edges and leave a much more professional-looking finish. After cutting tiles, the edges can often be rough or slightly chipped, but these pads make it easy to refine them and remove minor imperfections. They are comfortable to use, provide good control, and allow you to work carefully without removing too much material. I've used them on several tiling projects and have been very impressed with the results. They cut smoothly, last well, and are much easier to use than trying to achieve the same finish with improvised methods. Pros: Excellent for finishing cut tile edges Produces a more professional-looking result Removes small chips and roughness Easy to control during use Comfortable to hold Durable and long-lasting Good value for money Cons: Requires a little time and patience for the best finish Different grits may be needed for different jobs Primarily useful for specialised tile and stone work Overall These diamond hand polishing pads have become an invaluable part of my tiling toolkit. They make finishing cut tile edges quick and easy, resulting in a much cleaner and more professional finish. Highly recommended for anyone carrying out tiling work.
