I have purchase these items before and found them to be excellent for my needs. They are inconspicuous when in the hair and what can been seen is something which is subtle in colour (my ones were the muted colours). They are not bulky and therefore do not stick in the back of ones head and you can actually drive without them interfering with the headrest. Very easy to use and over time you find your own way to applying them. Definitely value for money and sturdy too, I have not experienced any 'pinging' of the metal parts which allow the tension needed etc. Would purchase again.

Not sure they are meant for this but they are really good at holding up a sloppy bun securely , really good quality too . The under band on them keeps them secure in fine hair.

They are ok but I wanted them for holding in the cylinder type of brushes that you take the handle off and leave cylinder in your hair. Unfortunately the cylinders don’t allow for this type to go through the end so don’t work for me. They do their job of sectioning but they’re very lightweight so wouldn’t be good for heavy hair?
