how accurate is it? I have bought a cheap one and the cut isn't 'square'. I need 100% accuracy for cutting cards which I then crease and fold.

Very accurate, I use mine to cut cardstock as a professional stationer. I wouldn't consider buying anything else now I've used this Dahle, lightweight to move however feels very durable. Can cut x2 sheets of 255gsm with ease.

Will this be ok to cut a1, a3, a4 and a5? thanks for any help.

Yes, it's best for the bigger paper but I have cut all sizes and it's great :)

Do you think this Trimmer will cut through 1.5mm board? Thanks

I think it might be a little too thick for the trimmer - I use it to cut four sheets of 160gsm card at a time, measuring just over 1mm, it manages that with no problem but I find any thicker and the trimmer seems to struggle a bit, it will cut but will be quite hard work, and I wonder if the trimmer will wear quickly if required to cut 1.5mm all the time. Hope that helps a little :)
