What are the ingredients?

This product was ineffective. A waste of money and also, I have no idea of ingredients

Can you use Borox as the activator?

I don’t think this works very well, at least it didn’t for me. I threw the plate and the crystals out.

What are the crystals made of?

Did not use crystals after reading all the warnings. Instead I used Arm & Hammer laundry booster super washing soda- this works just as good as those crystals and is a lot safer
