Aveeno Calm + Restore Body Moisturizer Gel, Fragrance Free, 12 oz

My daughter has very sensitive skin, itchy, dry, and easily irritated. We’ve bought a million different products to soothe her skin but there always seemed to be something not quite right. The lotion was too greasy, too thick and heavy, it didn’t absorb well, it felt sticky, or it irritated and broke her out. This lotion is on the thinner side, absorbs quickly with no sticky or greasy feel, and it has a nice, light, “natural” smell. Her skin is clear, feels comfortable, and the dryness is gone. So far, so good!

This moisturizer is perfect if you'd like something hydrating, but LIGHT. My skin doesn't need thick, heavy cream. My skin is soft with this product all day. I love it! I was given a small sample, and hunted for it, so I could buy my own bottle.

Excellent body product. No issues whatsoever, and no adverse skin reactions.

Does moisturize. But it sits on top of the skin. Probably be better for nighttime use.

Helped me clear up some bumps that appeared. Not greasy at all. Keeps skin soft I have been very impressed with this product and will continue to use moving forward. Great quality and reasonable in price.

I fell in love with this gel moisturizer right away. Previously I had been using CA Baby super sensitive every day lotion. The Aveeno moisturizer gets absorbed by the skin very quickly, without leaving a thick layer on top. My skin drinks it up like a thirsty plant. When I tried to stock up at a local store, I ended up buying Aveeno's "oat repairing lotion" by mistake. THESE TWO PRODUCTS LOOK WAY TOO SIMILAR! I wish Aveeno would make it easier to tell them apart. But as it turns out, I like the lotion too. But I use it as more of a surface layer. It's thicker and creamier, and doesn't soak into the skin as quickly.

I have struggled with full body hive breakouts for just about any shower product since I was a child. At a certain point, I just accepted that I would not be able to use lotion. That changed today and I’m shocked! I have used this facial moisturizer for years, the only brand I’ve been able to without breakouts. When they created a body lotion, I had to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. I wanted to test it for a few weeks to be sure, and same success each time. No hives! No more accepting dry, cracking skin! Quickly absorbs into skin without perfumes or residue. Thank you Aveeno!

Ive been using Aveeno's products to help my KP and extra dry skin on my arms and this is a very good product especially for those men who may not like the feeling of having lotion on. This specific version is very lightweight and does not stick to your clothes. It also provides very good moisture throughout the day. Worth the try!
