Does this item have magnets/weights on the bottom?

The bottom doesn't have any kind of magnetic closure, but it does stay down pretty well. Crawling bugs and critters could still get in under the screen, but it works great for flying bugs when you have a little one going in and out. The weight of the center magnets keeps it pretty well in place, but there's nothing to "seal" the bottom.
