Nice Phone for the Price
I previously wrote that this phone is a bad product, because it made a loud grinding noise. After I replaced my old telephone extension cord, the loud background noise went away. I apologize to the this company for the first negative comment I wrote about this phone. It really is a nice phone for the price.

Very nice design and functionality.
I like this product very much. It is lightweight and comfortable to hold. It is very clear voice transmissions and easy to use. The only thing I disagree with the volume of the ringer is very loud and no adjustment. There is no other ring tones offered. I know it is a basic phone and great value; but possibly it should have a adjustment made for ring tones at least available.

Very loud, canโt control ring volume.
It works great, however, it will scare you when it rings, no volume control. Great for ones who are hard of hearing.

Too many issues. Not a good phone.
No good for us. 1. The ringer is WAY TOO LOUD. And it isn't possible to reduce the volume of the ringer. 2. The phone doesn't stay on the hook when the phone is hanging on the wall. More accurately, it stays hanging on the wall, but the phone doesn't stay hung up, it hangs there, but doesn't actually keep the phone hung up.
