Personalized Silver Mother Child Necklace with Birthstone – Designer Gift Box - Christmas, Push Present for wife, mom

Looks nice. Came "dirty" however, so I do not know what to think about that...I took a Kleenex and some q-tips to wipe off some black junk surrounding in the crevasses of the pendant and around the gem. Also looks like a chip in the silver, but not quite sure. I will have the wife decide if we return for another one or not. ****Update**** - Was contacted by seller immediately after my first 4 out of 5 star review, and he apologized for the condition that it was in and sent me a return shipping label along with the apology. He stated that he wanted to make it right and replace the pendant. I ended up shipping it back and he notified me that he had received it and personally looked over the new one to make sure it was perfect. It arrived back to me today and it does look perfect. Tal and Dazzle Imports are amazing to work with and they want you to be 100% satisfied, which I am. Thank you again Tal!

My husband ordered the silver pendant with the Ruby stone and upgraded silver necklace. It was gorgeous but the stone seemed to be placed just slightly off center from the pendant. Since they are all individually hand crafted I figured this was an easy fix. I reached out to their customer service and got the owner on the phone. He quickly pulled up my order and told me he was sending a prepaid shipping label so I could return the pendant. He said he had already begun processing the order for my replacement ruby pendant and he would personally oversee that it was perfect before shipping it out. I received my new pendant within a few days. The owner, Tal, even followed up with me by email to ensure I was satisfied with my necklace. It was the most special gift I could have ever received on my first Mother's Day and I hope to add more stones as I expand my family! Great quality!

My husband told me to pick my own push present so I bought this with a pink stone for my little girl. Honestly I was a little hesitant because of some of the comments about the size being too small, but it’s actually a great size. I love the design, it feels solid, and the pink tourmaline looks bright. And I agree the box is beautiful, it made me emotional opening it : ) I would absolutely buy this as a gift. My only comment is the chain was a little tangled but that probably happened in shipping and I was able to straighten it out very easily. Otherwise I love it!

My preschool grandson picked it out for my daughter. He was very happy and proud of himself. Love the symbolism

I knew immediately after opening this that I would be sending it back. First thing I noticed is that the pendant was a completely different color that advertised, or than the chain it was attached to. The pendant was a washed out yellow gold look. Perhaps it was very tarnished, but either way it looked horrible. My colleague said there is no way I could give this to my wife as a push present. The stone is incredibly small, and looks black (sapphire) unless you literally put a light source behind the pendant, which will never happen when she's wearing it. Additionally, the miniature stone was glued in crooked. Even if this was the correct color, it is cheap looking.

My husband couldn't wait til Christmas to give this to me, and I'm glad he didn't! I absolutely love the design and the sentiment behind it. The box it comes in is really cool and the chain is super sparkly. Can't believe he found this - it's perfect!

Not sure if it was just my necklace or if they’re all like this, but the pendant arrived looking dirty and scratched up. I tried cleaning it and it’s not getting any better. Chain is in good condition but this is very disappointing especially considering the price :(
