Pair of LTC Audio SSP501-B Speakers

I am using these speakers for rear surround sound channels. At this price, not super hi-fi, but they do the job and look very smart on the wall.

Got these to use as satellite speakers for my 7.1 receiver setup. Thought they were a bit expensive for my needs but they fit perfectly in my small front room and are loud and responsive enough to replace the original tower speakers that I was using. They don't seem to be built for bass reproduction but that's not needed in my case. Speakers seem well made with a solid plastic construction so should last a long time. Ideal for my needs.

They look smart on a wall - but really the sound has no depth - a bit like the sound you would get from a smart phone's speaker. Don't be thinking you won't really notice - it's quite obvious and clear why most speakers are NOT flat. They would be perfect for a tannoy system but thats about all.

I had a set of JBL Control One speakers near my bed and my partner had issues getting past them in the dark, at night! These fitted well, adding space and they sound fine with a sub bass along with them.

I was surprised by the quality look and feel of these speakers. I am using them to replace a pair of bulky rear surround speakers which were very expensive. These look better on the wall with no noticeable difference in sound quality used in this position.
