Good mallet
My husband kept saying he wanted a mallet so that he could put things together more easily so I ordered the Amazon choice option and it seems to work great. It’s durable and hasn’t broken yet and it doesn’t weigh a ton.

I like this. It's not really a hammer, but, it's come in handy when a hammer is really too much. Nice solid weight.

Broke Almost Immediately
Broke after three uses. Have only used to put plastic stakes in the ground to hold a small/medium blow up slide/pool. The ground isn’t very hard so that isn’t the problem. Also tried to hold together with the tape that we had closest to us at the time (duct tape was buried and the kids were already sunscreened up!) and that definitely didn’t work. We will try duct tape later but I guess we got what we paid for. The reviews sounded good through so I thought it was worth a try.

Rubber Mallet For the Average User
This is a great 16oz rubber mallet that simply gets the job done. For the price, it is a great value and does not break the bank. This is the perfect tool for the average person who needs and will use this item only here and there. Obviously for the heavy duty user, I would recommend going higher end. I purchased this rubber mallet to reshape the fender on my vehicle after a little fender bender. Worked great and now I have it stored in my garage for the next random use.
