Improvement over time. Buy the twin pack.
My ALT and AST were very high and the Dr was concerned. After an ultrasound determined I was fine, I still wanted to do something to bring the numbers to normal. I started taking these in July 2025. I was tested by the VA and my civilian dr once a quarter to monitor progress. I noticed some improvement in October. In January the numbers were improved as I gave up all alcohol for 90 days. After the 90 days and taking these pills my results came down significantly in April. I will also say I made a lot of small changes through that process. I completed the Hard 75 Challenge and lost 30 lbs. Also changed my nutrition and focused on Whole Foods. I feel better than I ever have. The product helped and my drs agreed that I should Continue taking them. Great value for the money. I highly recommend.
