I got my septum pierced in October and I liked being able to try many styles afterwards, make me realize what I like (seamless rings, spikes) and what I don't. Since they're cheap you can remove the gemstone with a (cleaned) nail clipper. Biggest problem is the diameter. They're so smal, you just can't see the pincher, I had to pry open one of the retainers (which again pretty easy), and I can't flip any of them up. I prefer a 12 mm I've learned. The biggest issue is the captive bead. I can't get it in my nose because the bead gap is so small. Still really like the seamless ring.

Absolutely obsessed with these super comfortable and very functional if they're super easy to put in and take out the size of a little bit small for my taste but most people typically like this size, the quality of the metal is really nice and I've had no issues with it wearing it for about a week straight now.

Couldn't remove the balls off of some of these making about half of those useless and the horseshoes with no cap fall out way too often!! I only have the full rings and maybe 3 of the capped horseshoes left.

The star rings screw in so the stars look weird. The captive bead ones are literally impossible to put in. They do not bend and even if they did that would make it so the bead wouldn’t stay.

There are some in here that I love, and some that are impossible to mess up like the basic septum ring shape, but there’s multiple that aren’t even wearable. The closed ring shaped one with a ball in the middle (Row 1, 1st piece) isn’t even possible to put in your septum, because it doesn’t have a hinge to open it by. Instead, you unscrew the ball in the middle, but the gap it leaves is way too small to be able to put in a septum hole because it couldn’t even get past the space between the nostrils. No matter how thin that part of your nose is it’s too thick to use that piece of jewelry at all. Also, the triangular black closed ring (Row 6, 2nd piece) doesn’t open for me. Tried hitting it, using pliers, nothing gets it to unhinge, which was disappointing because that was my favorite in the pack. I assume it wasn’t even an openable shape to begin with, like it’s just welded shut completely. The star shaped ones are hard to screw on, but at least it’s possible. As far as size goes they are the right guage but the bars are pretty short, still wearable for me at least, but if you have a droopier nose a lot of them probably wouldn’t be visible unfortunately.
