Honestly I haven't had all that much experience with this type of product and really it should be all about how well it works, right? And every body is different?However, it seems to be a good product, packed well and easy to swallow. My wife reports that there don't seem to be any negative effects so far, and it may be having a minor effect in easing hot flashes and the like. If you know Dong Quai works for you then it's a worthwhile purchase. If you don't know, it's worth trying out.

Overall: Recommended! Good supplement made using Good manufacturing practice or GMP. Nothing objectionable in the capsule. The company is newer but has many products on the market. The supplement is formulated in India. Good Dong Quai and black cohosh supplement with menopause stabilization possible especially with the addition also of chasteberry or Vitex. Always check with your health practitioner such as an ayurvedic or naturopath prior to starting new supplements to get a second opinion. Cheers!

I take dong quai/chasteberry supplements for mood support over the course of my cycle, and this bottle is a great amount of product for a very good value. The capsules are easy to take and this bottle will last me a long time. The efficacy of these capsules for cycle support is very good as well -- I can definitely tell if I haven't taken them vs if I have. I definitely recommend these as a product for women's cycle support.

However, this formula is an exception. I have been involved in herbal tradition for many years and understand the basis for this formula. It is primarily Dong Quai, but contains smaller amounts of three other supporting herbs. They are Black Cohosh, Ashwagandha, and Chasteberry, all of which support women’s health. This formula should act to balance, and harmonize hormones, and support healthy menopause and menstruation. There are no other unnecessary ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is little to no taste. This is a 4 month supply for around $14 which is very reasonable. If you are having those issues, then I would recommend trying this formula. I’m happy with this purchase.

I had never heard of this supplement before, but I'm glad I started taking it. It seems to be good quality. I think my skin looks healthier, because a coworker asked me if I had changed my makeup and said that I looked younger. I had no idea what had changed other than this. Obviously, I can't prove that this was it, but they said my skin just looked really good and really healthy. I think that because this seems to be balancing my hormones it may have helped. It felt super nice and completely unsolicited. Outside of that, I noticed that during menstruation it wasn't as uncomfortable and I didn't seem to have as much mood swings. I didn't have any issues taking the pills, pretty easy to swallow, not bigger than normal. Right now the price is around $14, so I will continue buying since it seems like a good amount of pills for the price.
