I purchased this product solely for slick back buns, and I feel it definitely helped achieve a smooth look. My hair isn’t too difficult to work with but this definitely made it easier, and held decently well (8+ hours of sweating). However, the smell is terrible. If comparing this to Dae, Dae is worth it solely based on how much better it smells. But, it gets the job done. I would recommend spending the extra money to buy the genuine version of this product as this is simply mediocre when comparing the two.

I bought this as a dupe for the DAE styling cream and it is the exact same for half of the price!! No fly aways and makes my hair super smooth and stays put all day!!

This styling cream is excellent! I haven’t tried the more expensive or trendy alternatives, but it’s hard to imagine they could outperform this. A small amount goes a long way for achieving a sleek, slicked-back style and keeping frizz under control.
