Such good chai, smells so good when you upend the pouch, quick and easy to make, nice little caffeine kick, perfect fall flavor

This was given to me by a friend and I can’t stop buying it now. This is like a treat and a warm beverage all together. Cost is less than buying a Latta or a coffee.

Admittedly I've never had another chai tea mix so I can't compare it to other store-bought mixes, but I think this is excellent quality. I wouldn't change a thing. The taste is wonderful. It mixes well without any clumps or something like chocolate milk does. A smooth texture. You don't need to add anything to it but it can be lovely with vanilla and milk. I didn't think something could equal Black's as a go-to tea, but here we are. I like it better than Starbucks and the price is definitely better.

I winter camp, and picked this up along with hot chocolate for a 5 day winter camp. The hot chocolate came home. This was delicious, and flavorful, and a nice change of pace! It might not appeal to purists, but if you're looking for a change up, this is it!

This is the best Chai Late! Shipping was delayed several times however.

I still give this tea 5 stars because it is soothing and easy to take the packets along with travels. In this particular shipment, which came in a heavy paper bag, the tea box was totally crushed. The individual packets have some minor "scrunching". I will use them since I see no leakage.

So easy to use - heat water, pour 1 packet into cup, stir, drink - that’s it! And it is smooth, tasty and delicious. So relaxing at the end of the day.

This is very easy to make, just add hot water. It tastes as good as Starbucks but for a fraction of the cost.
