Dangbei 3D Glasses

work perfectly with the dangbei projector !

As of mid-October 2024 Dangbei released another system update that now allows 3D support to work on video files and 3D Blu Rays. Prior to that, the current reviews hold up in that no, it didn't work. But now it does. The other thing to keep note of, by default the Hue of the image casts magenta, so some tweaking in the custom color management fixed that. Thirdly, but default, the 3D image is reversed, meaning what's supposed to be in the foreground is in the background and vice versa, but if you press the top button on the glasses, one quick press, it fixes that. So, now if you follow all of these steps, the 3D image looks great! No ghosting like I'd get with my former Epson LCD projector. I am hoping that Dangbei fixes these default issues and hopefully also adds some 3D adjustments to their menu.

Since I have several 3D movies I was really looking forward to the 3D feature on this Dangbei Dbox02 projector. Unfortunately no matter what I tried it never worked. Very dissapointing!

I bought these to use with my dangbei projector but I haven't been able to use them because unfortunately it doesn't stream 3D like they advertise. Now I have three pairs just sitting around collecting dust along with the $1,800 projector.
