Needed something to go around dryer vent hose opening coming out of the wall. I found this and it worked out nicely

We used to get these at bait stores to use with plastic worms. These worked well and were so much cheaper than the bait stores! It takes a bit to figure out what size works best but once you figure that out these work great!

Who knew there was a such thing as a 'goof ring'. Well I know now and these save the aesthetics of my new ceiling light replacement. They come in many sizes so check them out if you need such a thing.

I replaced 5 outdoor canister lights with Led lights. After careful removal of the old lights, I still had stucco damage around all five canister holes. Instead of having to stucco patch and paint around each canister hole, I found a much better solution…Goof rings! Net savings of time and money.

This filled in the gap and was the perfect solution. The cross bar that holds the lamp in place would not fit through the interior hole, so we used an Exacto knife to cut away a bit of the plastic trim on the interior ring. This helped it slip right into place. We also put a few dabs of caulking on the underside of the ring before securing our light fixture canopy to the crossbars to ensure the plastic ring was flush was the ceiling. (There's no need to caulk the exterior of the ring, as it is flat and flush.) Great solution. Thanks to my electrician for the recommendation. Thank you
