Not much to say these are fantastic they are far better than my liberty 5 earbuds a pure rich sound easy fit and fully managed by the soundcore app you have the option of a fit test and to test your hearing the noise cancelling function works well for me and so far I’ve not had the charging issues that I have with the liberty 5 I wish I’d bought these first they are so much better

Pixel Phone users, please read, especially Pixel 7 series and 7 Pro. These earbuds are fantastic, however I was experiencing fairly regular, brief 2 to 4 second disconnections. I returned two sets due to this. When purchasing a totally different brand and experiencing the same issues, I thought I’d investigate possible phones issues. Google didn’t show anything wrong with the Pixel series, so I decided to use the “search.brave.com” engine and that’s when I found the information, to totally change my experience to exceptional. No more disconnections and just pure fabulousness with Soundcore and have decided to share this with others who may be experiencing similar issuesThe Pixel 7 Pro experiences widespread Bluetooth audio issues, including audio crackling, random disconnections, and audio sync loss, primarily triggered by system updates like Android 14 and the Android 16 Beta. I’ve been using Anker audio products since 2016 and have owned a few different pairs of their earphones over the years, so I’ve seen the brand evolve from simple wired Bluetooth models to their more advanced true-wireless lineup. Comparing my older Anker SoundBuds Surge from 2019 with my latest purchase, the Anker Liberty 4 NC from 2025, I can say the newer pair offers a big jump in features, design and modern convenience — but not a dramatic improvement in actual sound quality. They’re fine, they function well, but considering the hype around them, they could have been better.The SoundBuds Surge were a surprisingly strong pair for their time. They delivered warm, enjoyable sound with a natural tone that worked especially well with acoustic music. The Bluetooth connection was reliable, always pairing instantly, and the comfort was excellent for long sessions or gym use. Even today, in pure listening enjoyment, they still hold up.The Liberty 4 NC, on the other hand, clearly win in terms of features. The case is excellent with its satisfying magnetic click, the indicator lights are helpful, the design feels modern, and the adaptive noise cancelling is genuinely impressive. The ANC cuts out wind, traffic and general background noise very effectively. Add to that wireless charging, longer battery life, multipoint connection and the Soundcore app it’s a much more advanced and convenient product overall. Comfort is good too; they sit well in the ear for me.However, sound quality is ultimately my priority, and this is where the Liberty 4 NC fall short. For a product praised so heavily by YouTubers, reviewers and influencers, the actual sound profile is nowhere near as impressive as the reputation suggests. A lot of that praise feels exaggerated.Anker offers EQ controls, hearing tests and presets, but none of it solves the core issue: the sound just isn’t consistently good. The bass can be boomy, the mids and highs can become muddy, the soundstage feels flat. I tried multiple EQ setups, including the calibration test, but nothing made them consistently satisfying. Every now and then they sound great but those moments are rare.At this price point I’m not expecting perfection, but I am expecting clean, balanced, enjoyable audio by default. And honestly, cheaper earbuds including budget models from brands like JLab in the £15–20 range can sound clearer and more natural than these in some cases.If someone doesn’t care much about sound quality or doesn’t notice audio differences, these earbuds will seem more than fine. But if you value good sound, you might feel underwhelmed.

My current Adidas earbuds are slowly losing battery performance after 18 months solid use, they were £150 in early 2022 so I've been looking at the high end Sony buds etc and then saw a launch offer on these. At the price I thought why not, have had lots of Anker products in the past and also soundcore items, always good value.Paid £1 for a £25 discount on launch day and have had them 24 hours. Been using them for maybe 5 or 6 of those hours so far.So for the cash I really am amazed at the quality of these. Pairing was super easy to my Galaxy A34, just opened the case and the phone found them , I did all ready have the soundcore app installed (have some Anker headphones for work and a speaker all ready) , which may have assisted with this , but the fast pairing is a great feature.The various options in the app are worth playing with , the ANC is good, not sure it's as good as they state but I've no complaints, and the auto changing to conditions really does work, walking our dog this morning it clicked in to remove wind noise and again to reduce traffic noise - very clever.They sound pretty good as well, listening to Spotify which is about the limit of my use for these, and I took and made a call while wearing them and the. Sound and microphone were both good.Regardless of the ANC to me they sound better with it enabled so for a fuller sound I'll be using the setting all the time.Battery life is good, and they came fully charged. Bonus.Overall .more than happy with these. I'm using the preinstalled rubber buds but will have play with them to see if the fit could be improved for my ears (I haven't had one fall out so far so think they are fine)One other feature of note is the ability to have 2 devices connected. I've added my Samsung Tab S6 lite to the app and again pairing was very simple.So a big thumbs up for me.Might even buy a spare set if they come up on offer again.Amazing value. For my usage (teams calls, commuting and walking mostly), I'm not sure I need to spend more. The Adidas set will revert to being for exercise use (which is what I got them for but then just used them all the time).Seriously worth a look and maybe the best earbuds you can get at the moment for less than £80.EDIT: had some issues getting them to connect to my wiondows 11 laptop - if you suffer the same go into phone app and add new device and then in windows settings ensure bluetooth advanced is selected - my hp laptop couldn't find them without this setting.all good now and very comfortable to wear over a working day.EDIT 2 - after 30 plus days. Took a 4.20 hour flight yesterday and with the normal 45 minutes before take off added the low battery warning came on before we landed. I guess almost 5 hours is pretty good and the ANC definitely worked hard on the flight! They didn't run out of life but I think I had hoped for more.Still very happy overall.

After getting used to the sound in my quality (and reasonably expensive) PC headphones, I wanted something compact to take travelling that could do my favourite music justice and block out the noise when on a plane, in a busy train station, etc. I had a pair of budget earbuds whose sound quality was adequate but nothing to write home about, and a noise cancellation mode that was so ineffective I often had to physically check whether or not it was turned on.Not so with these. The noise cancellation is impressive; white-noise-like sounds like air conditioning, engine noise, rain on windows etc. vanish almost entirely, and intermittent mid-range sounds like people talking become muffled and indistinct like they're happening a few rooms away in a house with thick walls. The clarity of sound when playing music is great too; my music library has a fair range of genres and these earbuds seem to do well across the board in terms of clarity of reproduction. The companion app has a variety of EQ presets to choose from and a simple but serviceable custom EQ builder that lets you save multiple bespoke profiles. There's also the "HearID" feature which gets you to choose your favourite out of various music clips to determine what you like and build a custom EQ. I found this reasonable accurate but there's no way to test it on your own music until you've finished the process so I found a couple of tracks later that revealed something about the HearID profile that I didn't like - but, happily, you can go back in and edit your HearID curve to correct for this.I found the EQ settings to be very effective, which means the right EQ can make things sound fantastic, but also means a bad EQ setting can make things sound terrible - if you listen to a wide range of styles you may want to leave the EQ on flat, or else have a few presets and get used to swapping frequently.There's also the option for 3D surround sound mode, which does broaden the sound stage quite impressively but I found on certain things it can introduce audio artifacts - some vocals pick up a slight edge that makes them sound like someone singing through a tube - these are usually minor but sometimes annoying, but you don't lose much by disabling the 3D mode. When the noise cancellation is running you may notice a very slight white noise, but this is only really detectable when whatever you're listening to is very quiet or has periods of silence, and it's pretty faint. At the other end of the scale, these earbuds can get very loud for those who like it that way - but if you don't, the app has an adjustable volume limiter you can enable to keep it within your comfort levels.All in all, I was very impressed with their performance given the reasonable price point - my old "budget" earbuds were only 25% cheaper than these, and are completely blown away in comparison. A solid buy for anyone looking for quality sound and effective noise cancellation without breaking the bank - and worth noting they seem to be frequently discounted (they were down at £55 when I bought them) so keep an eye out for that.

Hmm, I give it 3 stars because I have mixed feelings. I'm coming from Samsung Buds FE or Pro, and Bose QC20.I needed something for motorbiking, so: strong ANC + good helmet fit + decent battery life + not breaking the bank if lost. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the bill fully.Positives:value for money - high - definitely there is a lot of goodies for a very decent amount of moneydurability - I'd say the product feels good, perhaps not the highest quality, but it is definitely a good quality build, compared to the mentioned earlier products, very equal. Didn't check waterproofness, but would expect some (IPx4 on the box)functionality and compatibility - high - no issues in this department, on the contrary, everything works as written on the tin. No connectivity issues. Especially happy with multipoint connection, way better than temperamental Samsung, plenty of configuration optionsvery handsome battery life in my opinion (on stems) - and fast chargingSound-wise, I'm not entirely sure where to put them: I personally don't have anything against. They are very close to Samsung's Buds FE and Pro, Bose QC20 is incomparable because of its ANC, which is very special. I also use Sure Se215 on occasions. I'd say Anker's Soundcore wants to go towards that sound, so more clear-like and well articulated than bassy and muddy (which doesn't mean bass is not there - it is not that pronounced though).Negatives general:a bit fiddly touch zones on stemsvery mediocre ANC - no comparison to Bose at all, and (this is a bit subjective) Samsung seems to play a few percent better in this department as well (Buds Pro), there is quite a leak of the environment through the tipsthe ambient mode is a bit weird - I never know how is it different to no-processing at all - it is using some kind of adaptative algorithm, but it doesn't seem to agee with me too goodno memory foam tips - the tips which come with the earplugs are the biggest problem in my opinion: they are these thin, rubbery, flimsy tips, which come in many sizes, none of which actually really fit you. If they were just like the ones on Samsung's or Sure...extremally annoying ads when accessing Android widget - seriously, Anker, when accessing the widget!???And motorbiking-specific negatives:ANC - definitely no-no for motorbiking (small speeds - tolerable, motorway speeds - out of question), regardless of the mode of operation (including special wind reduction mode)tips too flimsy - when under the helmet, the stems seem to be ignoring the tips and touch the ear, which in turn conducts the wind noise through bones - I hate this effect, but I guess it is going to be very personal (I wear rather snug helmets) - neither Samsung or Bose, are experiencing these effects at all in my case thoughthe stems themselves - very fiddly under the helmet, capable of easily repositioning under vibration, opening the ear to the noise. Also, they require multiple attempts to put the helmet on without repositioning (despite using modular helmets), and always fall off when taking the helmet off (which results in crawling the tarmac in search). But I guess this is also personal, as there are other stem-like designs on the market which actually work with me.So, my verdict: for moderate travel, walking, office use - highly recommended as they exhibit decent quality, plenty of goodies for a really good price.But not for extremes of any kind, especially if you are after a very high level of ANC.

Still my daily use headphones due to their excellent quality.Solid in ear fit although one of the buds seems to be less stable in my ear than the other even with changing the silicone tip.Sound is great, no lag when watching videos or playing games.Case is solid and doesn't accidentally open when in my pocket or bag. Only downside is the light on the button to open the lid constantly glows when the case is being charged.App as usual is good with a decent level of customisation for sound profiles and noise cancellation.Noise cancellation could be stronger as discovered on a recent flight as even with the flight transport mode in ANC activated there was still a fair level of aircraft noise coming through.Transparency mode is one of the best I've experienced for in ears.Would highly recommend if you want great sound quality and good battery life

Sintesi: fantastiche con un solo paio di piccoli difetti, da acquistare!Pippone: vengo da anni di auricolari wireless budget senza ANC, ed inizialmente ero un po' restio all'acquisto vista la spesa; poi, con un coupon di Amazon, ho deciso di tentare l'acquisto, e devo dire che dopo quasi un mese di costante utilizzo sono estremamente soddisfatto!- Qualità audio: 5/5. L'app companion permette anche di configurare una sorta di equalizzatore personalizzato sul proprio udito e sulle frequenze meglio percepite, la distorsione è un fenomeno (nella mia esperienza di utilizzo) sconosciuto, anche al volume massimo. Unico neo, forse non sono gli auricolari più potenti che abbia provato (normalmente tengo il volume al 65-70%, talora oltre in ambienti particolarmente rumorosi, ma il cinesone che citavo all'inizio raggiungeva volumi più alti, seppur al costo di audio distorto, quindi direi che è una cosa di minimo peso).- Comfort: 5/5. Passi l'essere abituato da anni ad auricolari in-ear, ma temevo che il design di questo modello (simile più alle airpods che al tappo cui ero abituato) potesse dare fastidio sull'orecchio esterno; errore! L'"asticella" a stento si percepisce, e poi sono talmente comodi che si riescono a tenere per ore senza sensazione di fastidio (il mio record personale sono state 7 ore tra treno, metropolitana ed autobus). Io uso i gommini di default, ma in confezione forniscono altre misure.- Dotazione: oltre agli auricolari e alla loro custodia, la confezione contiene i suddetti gommini ed un cavo USB c-c; a mio avviso, tutto il necessario (considerata anche la possibilità di ricarica wireless). La custodia è molto compatta, entra facilmente in tasca assieme a cellulare o portafogli, e i magneti che tengono in posizione gli auricolari sono abbastanza forti da farmi dubitare che possano mai cadere anche se "incoraggiati".- Estetica: è un parametro estremamente soggettivo, io le trovo molto belle, ma non è stato il primo pensiero che mi ha convinto all'acquisto.- Facilità di utilizzo: aperta la custodia il telefono le riconosce immediatamente e chiede l'associazione tramite bluetooth; dopo la prima, basta estrarle dalla Custodia e metterli, si connettono immediatamente e vanno benissimo anche usati singolarmente. Il piccolo chime di accoppiamento viene riprodotto solo appena estratte dalla custodia, poi non interrompe più l'ascolto. L'app soundcore si scarica in un momento, si setta in ancora meno tempo, e permette un capillare controllo delle funzioni con grande semplicità. Tramite L'app, inoltre, si possono impostare le funzioni in risposta a tocco singolo, doppio, triplo e prolungato, su ciascun auricolare, per un totale di 8 comandi a portata di mano senza dover interagire col telefono. Questi comandi sono abbastanza responsivi ad un tocco leggero, magari avrei gradito una minor latenza tra i "click" (un doppio clic troppo veloce viene registrato come singolo), ma come sopra, è una preferenza soggettiva.Unico neo in questo paragrafo, sarà un mio limite, ma pare non si possano usare i controlli touch per rispondere o rifiutare le chiamate in entrata. Non è una catastrofe, ma sarebbe molto bello riuscirci.- ANC: 5/5. mai provato fino ad adesso, e non so come abbia fatto a farne a meno! Perfetto per ridurre il rumore di fondo del treno, dell'autobus, o anche dei lavori nel palazzo di fianco (occhio: ridurre, non azzerare), al modico prezzo di "tagliare" un po' delle frequenze più basse dalle vostre tracce. Io talora lo uso anche senza ascoltare nulla per ridurre il rumore di fondo e devo dire che è una funzione fantastica, e che fa il suo lavoro egregiamente.- Batteria: altro punto spesso dolente, non in questo caso! Durante il tragitto di 7 ore citato precedentemente gli auricolari hanno continuato a funzionare senza battere ciglio, e la custodia li ha ricaricati nel giro di 30 minuti perdendo (a detta dell'app) circa. Il 10% della propria carica. Altro piccolissimo neo, L'app non mostra una percentuale di carica, ma solo un'icona di batteria con le tacche all'interno. Avrei gradito una percentuale, ma è un dato senza il quale si vive ugualmente.Conclusioni: se cercate degli auricolari con grande batteria, ottimo audio seppur non troppo potente, e ANC, questi sono una grande opzione, li consiglio caldissimamente!

Die App von Soundcore bietet an die Stöpselgröße zu testen ob man auch die richtigen drin hat. NC in 3 stufen. Frei wählbar. Equalizer in der App. Einfache Bedienung ohne viel Schnick Schnack. Der Sound ist auch Super. Für den Preis sind das die besten in ears die ich je hatte.
