Very pleased with this. My husband had been looking in the stores for a better magnifying glass. I bought this and gave it to him. We both agree that it is very nice. It comes with a light that can be adjusted 3 ways, and the glass has a built in stand which also can be adjusted so you don't have to hold it. Nice carrying case. We like it and I think others will too.

It's easy to use, the stand is great. The light is bright and the case is durable. It charges fast and is nice looking. My mom has macular and its the best magnifying glass she has.

Very cool gadget! It is helping me immensely to rescue a puzzle from glue damage. I didn’t expect the light to be so powerful, with a variety of colors choices and intensity plus the magnifying glass is accurate. I purchased the battery powered one. It stands alone over puzzle so I can work effectively. Yes, I recommend the this product. Thank you.

The product does what it needs to do, and it does it well. The price point is too high for what you get: a plastic, shoddy-assembled device with low cost materials and craftsmanship. There are two modes of operation: connected to the wall’s electricity via a USB 2 port and cable, or with 3 AA batteries you can buy at your local store. For the price point, the fact is does not come with a rechargable battery via the USB port is ludicrous. Is the product good for what it is needed? Yes. Is the price for what you get good? Not so much. You are locked in to life-time battery expenses, and the high-brightness LEDs will drain them quick (assuming you need them on all the time, like I do). If you are planning to get a travel magnification tool to see, this is an expensive good option. I will keep it (I need it), but I won’t buy again from this manufacturer.

I have difficulty reading small print and on my cell phone almost everything is small. This magnifying glass is immensely helpful. The case that comes with it is well made and sturdy. The lights are helpful but not glaring.

This is a most excellent magnifier. I am impressed with how bright the light is on the highest setting. I didn't think I would need a light, but oh, I do! I purchased a different type from Amazon earlier, and it's light is not near this bright and is harder to see labels. I will be replacing that one with another one of these. I keep one in my home office and one in the kitchen for reading food labels and cooking instructions.

Pretty nice product except that the trouble with many such products is the unnecessary lighting options via a single button. Often we’re provided a long press option, which effectively provides a binary lighting option, but not here. Press once for light, then press no less than four times, rotating through the lights, to turn off. This is ludicrous! The last of the four presses turns off the loop light, which I’ve never used, but have inadvertently left on undetected, running the battery down. I like the built in stand, optics, position of the button, ease of battery replacement and the size, so I’m not turning both thumbs down.

This is a handy item that is worth its weight if you need a good magnifier. The light is bright and it can stand on its own so you don't have to hold it to preform some tasks. For sure a good buy.

Diese Lupe ersetzt eine alte Lupe bei uns, ohne LED-Technik. Die LED-Technik ermöglicht mit unterschiedlichen Lichtfarben und Helligkeitsstufen, ganz individuell das zu vergrößernde Objekt optimal zu beleuchten. Außerdem sorgt die 30-fache Vergrößerung für eine deutlich wahrnehmbare Vergrößerung. Allerdings gibt es eine Einschränkung, die in der angewandten Technik liegt, da es die typischen, optischen Verzerrungen einer Linse gibt. Im Zentrum ist alles scharf und zum Rand sind etwa Buchstaben verzerrt dargestellt. Will man also ein kleines Detail größer betrachten ist es optimal. Will man Texte insgesamt vergrößert dargestellt lesen, gibt es heute andere Techniken, etwa der Blick durch die Kamera-Funktion eines eines Handys, da dort alles in der Fläche gleichmäßig vergrößert wird. Will man einen ähnlichen Effekt bei einer Lupe erzielen bedarf es eines Anzeige-Bildschirmes, der das Objekt gleichmäßig in der Fläche vergrößert, darstellt. Es darf dann also kein direkter Blick durch die Lupe sein, sondern eine Technik muß die Verzerrungen ausgleichen und sie dann über einen Bildschirm anzeigen. - Super-Lupe also mit den Einschränkungen, die eine Lupe immer hat.
