AquaCare 8-mode High Pressure Handheld Shower Head with 2-mode Power Wash

I had purchased a well known shower kit at my local hardware store trying to get one very comparable to the one I had previously purchased. It was about $60. It had a very smelly plastic wrapped around its hose. The smell was offensive. The length of the hose was poor. Too short. It was also very difficult to remove from the cradle it sat in so that I could use it. The water pressure was poor and was told it had a restrictor in it. OK!! All that I wrote above?? Is this WONDERFUL SHOWER SET HERE THAT I BOUGHT FROM AMAZON! This shower kit is awesome! It was HALF THE PRICE at about $30. It was far superior in performance, appearance, length of hose, versatility, and installation was done by me! An old, disabled female! I installed it in less than 10 minutes and with a cheap set of pliers—only to make sure the head was tightened at the water source. The weight of the shower head was light enough for me to pull out of the cradle and easily functioned with it. There was no smelly plastic covering over the hose, which was much longer and NOT stiff. The water pressure was amazing!! Remember, I personally removed this restrictor. It was easy with the proper tool—like sharp “close snips”. Perfect to grab that thing and pull it out. There are multiple shower settings, including 2 types of jet heads to either wash your dog or to clean your shower.

I really like the different spray modes and how easy it is to switch between them. The water pressure is great, and I use it for both myself and my dog. The handheld design makes washing my dog so much easier, and the different settings are useful depending on what I’m using it for. Overall, very practical and works great!

This Shower Head is easy to install and comes with everything needed for installation. The shower head is high-pressure, easy to use, and has a nice flow on each setting.

I've had this for a year and it's worked great until now - the mount that attaches this device to the actual pipe fixture broke off in my hand. It was a metal-looking piece which actually appears to be a less sturdy base material. Luckily it broke off in such a way that the showerhead can still rest in the broken mount. It is really unfortunate though as it makes adjusting the angle more difficult.

Wow. So glad I ordered this one. I was considering at first to head over to home Depot to get one. Then while I was there I found these cheaper in price ones. I read previous reviews and they were mostly positive so I took the chance on this shower head and I don't regret it. Way cheaper in price then the store ones and works just as good. Love the choices in streamflow. Also has extreme pressure for cleaning the shower walls, floor, and glass.

I absolutely love all the functions on this shower head. Makes for a great shower, perfect for cleaning the tub and shower, great for giving the dogs a bath. Only problem I have with it is that in less than a year the internal seals failed and the head started leaking really bad. Typical modern product! Great idea and design, but made cheap!

6/24/26: This is a wonderful showerhead. I have purchased several different types over the years, usually after moving to a new home, and all worked as expected, but this one works exceptionally well. The high pressure modes feel great on your skin. Also, I have limited mobility in my right shoulder, and some pain if I lift my arm too high, that surgery last year didn't help. The extra included wall bracket is perfect and keeps the showerhead within easy reach. I would definitely buy this again and have already recommended it to members of my family.

The wall/overhead bracket is plastic. I installed it and it leaked immediately. There was a crack where it connects directly to the water pipe. I realize it's not the most expensive option on the market, but I expected to at least be able to use it a while before it failed. The listing also makes it seems like the entire thing is meant to be stainless steel and it definitely is not. The only reason I did not immediately return it is because I had an actual stainless version from an old shower head that I was able to swap out. Aside from that the spray options are decent and the provides good pressure. I expect that it will only last a couple of years before needing a replacement because you do get what you pay for, but I ordered it expecting that.

Simply do not buy this showerhead if you want it to do what is advertised. No stop function as advertised. No wide spray cleaning setting as advertised. Poor pressure compared to a cheap replacement head. I bought based on the premise of this being better quality as it's more expensive and advertises lots of functions but it's incredibly poor and I feel like I've been lied to. All in all it doesn't do what it says it will and is cheap build quality. I did reach out to the seller but they were dismissive and unhelpful. I'm still waiting to here back from them.
