Super easy to setup, you can add your pets name, their pictures, your information and a message, as soon as anyone scan the QR code, they can see all the information and pictures and can call you right away instead of waiting to take them to a vet to be scan for microchip, I would still recommend to microchip your pets in case they loose the tag but this is a fantastic alternative. I asked my sister and the neighbors to scan it, I received an email right away. It has a great purchase price and no fees to maintain!The only negatives I could find were:1. I wish you could receive text when the QR code is scanned.2. When the QR code is scanned, the person scanning is asked if they want to share their location, while I understand this is to protect the privacy of the person, it also blocks you from getting the location where the tag was scanned so you know where is your pet. I wish they could still provided you with the location since no other personal information is shared from that person.

I got two of these, one in Purple and one in Pink for my two lap dogs, and they worked perfectly!! I like how easy it was to set up an account and that with every scan it'll give you GPS coordinates and a notification so you can easily find your dog. Mine don't run off too often, but if yours do, this is a great solution! I also like that you can scan to get the information, so it works well in combination of having a microchip and saves them the extra trip of going and getting the chip scanned. Definitely recommend!

I bought one of these for my dog and 2 for my sons dogs. They are easy to use and set up.

Durable, I secured the fastener a bit better, but they send you an extra Tag. On-Line Setup was easy and FREE.

The tag seems to be okay but it says to tap the tag to see the information,, ive bought two for both our girls,, and neither tag when tapped shows the information. My only concern is that there are still some folks that don’t know how to scan the QR tag code and won’t be able to get to the information. Both my girls are microchipped but that means someone will have to take them to the vet to get scanned. Anyone else have this problem with tapping the tag and it not working? I’ll probably just get them both a tag that shows their name and info and replace it with something that shows the information, other than that’s it’s a good idea if it worked the way they say it’s supposed to

I loved the idea of the tag and it worked as far as being easy to get all the information and pictures downloaded for our dog on it. However, the plastic material of the 2 sides were flimsy and within one day of wearing it on her collar it broke in half. Our dog is not a high energy pet as she prefers to be in the house but it broke anyway. Great concept but junk material.

The tag is lightweight and feels like a solid piece of plastic/resin. The app it connects you to on your first scan of the QR code was fun to set up. You can add photos of your pet, and a special note to whoever finds your pet. Like I mentioned that my dog is friendly to people, but unpredictable around other dogs. I'm so happy with this purchase! I only wonder what happens if she loses the tag, as she sometimes does. I guess I start all over again. Anyway, it looks like a solid jump ring. I recommend this for those who want their dear ones to have some freedom, but stay safe at all times.

Amazing product, thank you so much to the company, the app is fantastic. I rescued a dog in Newcastle and brought it home ti Lincolnshire after finding out it wasn't chipped and wasn't owned by anyone. In the 1st few hours in my house he managed to squeeze through my legs and escaped out the frontdoor. I was frantic but luckily I bought this item off amazon the day before I collected him, maybe it was fate but thank god I did. It gave me great peace of mind that I would get him back and it absolutly did the job 100%, it also gave me his location via an email sending me to Google maps to pinpoint exactly where he was. He is now vet micro chipped and registered to me along with his QR code tag on him aswell always best to be careful and if he is found at the side of the road again anyone with a mobile phone can scan him now 😀 The only thing I worry about is with the tag being plastic that after alot of scratches on it over time can it still be read using a mobile phone, but for the price I will most likely just purchase another tag when i notice its heavily worn/scratched. Fantastic company, fantastic product, fantastic app, thank you. I've seen some £30 that will not do better than this one, amazinh 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

Brilliant little bit of kit this is, so easy to set up and you get to add a couple of pictures of your pet, so that should they get away from you for whatever reason the person or people that find the little sod(s) can make sure they have got the right dog to the right information.Mine have now got this, another tag on their harnesses and are chipped so no excuse for not contacting me.Have tried out the GPS bit and that to works great, I have left it set on lost pet as someone else mentioned, so I can be sure when I leave them alone I can know they are where they are supposed to be.
