2.5 years use but one day not running fan. I called the service center and they came.They said that the fan board is broken. If you want to replace it, it will cost 900 rupees. The service cost is 250, totaling 1,150 rupees.We are forced to spend so much on this in two years. The cost of spare parts is high.

Amazon Service: Amazon’s delivery service was top-notch. The fan arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. I purchased one Crompton Energion Hyperjer 1200 BLDC about a year and a half ago with having 100% confidence on the Crompton brand. After that I purchased another 2 for my firmhouse in May 2025, where it is used only 4- 5 days in a month. Recently, I noticed that 2 of my 3 fans are not working in ' hyp' mode, wobbles as the speed increases and the speed have also reduced considerably. I have a strong feeling that there must have some technical issues with these fans. I never expected Crompton can have such technical fault. They have released a product in the market without testing it thoroughly. I now suggest to all whoever wants to buy BLDC fans, not to consider Crompton brand.
