I recently installed this Energion Hyperjet fan and really impressed with the performance. Air delivery is very strong even at medium speed. BLDC motor saves lot of electricity, I can see difference in power consumption. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth setup was easy and it works smoothly with Alexa and Google. Remote is also very convenient. Matte black finish looks premium and modern in room. Fan runs very silent, no noise at all. Overall very satisfied with this purchase, worth the money for smart home users.

Remote Control allows to adjust the speed and turn the fan ON/OFF without getting up, It’s a small feature, but it makes a big difference in daily use. Customer Service: I had not go for Customer Service, but to my knowledge a minor query about installation is need, and support team will quick to respond and very helpful. Fan is good,matte color, speed, air delivery and overall build is upto mark. It's been 3 months I'm using this fan and not a single complaint against fan. Also use continuously for more than 60 hours and find ni issue regarding heat or performance drop. Fan canopy looks fragile and tricky to setup perfectly. It also attract less dust than other fans. It's also little small compared to traditional 1200mm fan while blade are same lenth. But the problem start with remote, overall bulid quality of remote seems like cheap toys. Plastic feels low and looks hollow. I also have a atomberg fan and comparing both remote the atomberg is 10x more good than this. There's only single beep when you press any button for indication so you only can guess if you enable or disable any function. Still can't figure out how timers and sleep function works, It's always a hit or miss. Remote dropped once from table(about 2 feet height) and broke. So overall fan is good but remote has to be better.

Fan is good. But in remote control, power-off button need to press effectively. This issue disappointed me.

The build quality is very good and the black finish looks very premium,Installation was very easy, and everything needed was properly included.the remote control work properly.The fan has very good airflow and no noise. The fan is quite good .i got it at very good price as compared to local market. Am glad i bougjt it at friends suggestion as its quite energy effecient.looks good.BLDC feature makes it more good. Speaker controlled action.comes with a remote which works super good. Speed can be varied in 5 steps.size n opal white colour of the fan is also appreciable.crompton makes an impressive entry in mine house.using remote to operate cans makes your life look super cool.

Very bad quality of hanging nut and bot provided. The price is too expensive but the quality is too poor which wasn't wasn't expected. The iron or some kind of metal material looks deformed and rusted. Not really happy with the material. Working is okay.

Out of the two fans ordered the remote of one of the fan is not working. Should be replaced.
