Chota packet bada dhamaka. Good fan. I got it installed in my kitchen. Working good, my wife is happy with it.

★ 1 Star – Very Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased two Activa Gracia Silver Blue ceiling fans from Amazon on 29 June 2024. Unfortunately, one of the fans developed a problem. The most disappointing part is not only the product issue but the very poor after-sales and warranty service. I contacted the company regarding the warranty, but my complaint has not been taken seriously and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. The product comes with a 5-year warranty, but in my experience, getting warranty support has been extremely difficult. A company should not only provide a warranty on paper but should also provide proper and timely service when a customer actually needs it. My advice to potential buyers: Before purchasing this product, don't just look at the price, features, and warranty period. Also check the company's after-sales service and how seriously they handle customer complaints. ★ 1 Star – Product ठीक था, लेकिन After-Sales Service बहुत खराब मैंने यह Activa Gracia Silver Blue ceiling fan Amazon से 29/06/2024 को खरीदा था। मैंने 2 fan खरीदे थे, लेकिन उनमें से एक fan खराब हो गया। सबसे निराशाजनक बात product से ज्यादा company की after-sales warranty service है। Product पर 5-year warranty होने के बावजूद, complaint करने के बाद भी मेरी समस्या को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जा रहा है और उचित समाधान के लिए मुझे लगातार इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। अगर company 5-year warranty देती है, तो customer को warranty claim के समय proper support और timely service भी मिलनी चाहिए। केवल warranty देना पर्याप्त नहीं है, उसकी service भी अच्छी होनी चाहिए। मेरी सलाह: खरीदने से पहले केवल product की price, features और warranty देखकर निर्णय न लें। Company की after-sales service और customer complaints पर response भी जरूर check करें। मैं उम्मीद करता हूँ कि company मेरी complaint को गंभीरता से लेकर जल्द से जल्द technician भेजेगी और warranty के अंतर्गत समस्या का समाधान करेगी।

Good product. Does it's job. Could have been better but it's a match to its cost. It's silent and remote is good. Low cost BLDC fan. People with limited budget can go for it.

Good quality but service available in delhi only Dear Sir/Ma’am, For further processing of your fan complaint, you are required to self-courier the product to our Service Centre in Delhi. As clearly mentioned in the company policy, the customer has to arrange the courier of the product to the Service Centre at their own end. Once we receive the product at the Service Centre, it will be checked, and the replacement will be dispatched on the next day after receiving the product. Thank you for your cooperation.

Recently I bought this fan for rupees 2200. It was one of the cheapest bldc fans available. I was convinced that the fan was of good quality as i went through the reviews. So I ordered the item. After receiving the fan I realised that, for the lowest price I got the worst product possible. The bad finishing of the product was evidently noticeable. The motor unit was not in a circular shape and wasn't perfectly weight balanced. While I ran the fan, the center part of the motor unit rotated without any wobbling while the outer part showed signs of not being in a perfect circular shape. After two days, the fan started making wobbling noise and was difficult to sleep while it was working. Also the light diffuser at the center part of the motor unit had a dark shade in it, like something was hanging loose above the diffuser. So I decided to replace the product and received the replacement unit in a week. Unfortunately, the new fan I received was worse than the first one. It had the same issues as the first one but worse. Now the whole fan shaked a lot as it was weight balanced very badly. The led diffuser showed the same shade as before. Upper and lower pieces of the motor unit were misaligned. Wobbling noise become much more noticeable than before. The two cups were made of cheaper plastic, compared to the first fan. Also when I received the package, the tip of one of the fan blades were bent. In simple words, DO NOT BUY this fan as it comes with a lot of compromises for the low price tag. It is nearly unusable as it makes a lot of wobbly noise. Even if you are okay with the compromises, you can't be sure how long this will run with such a poor build.

You cannot find the manufacturer to claim warranty. My fan worked only 1 and half months

Fan purchase in combo both fans working well for first 2 days , after 1 fan start to give wobbling sound and noise is unbearable and later find out is fan having bearing problem , since both fan purchased in combo so i need to return both together.
