Great product
Love this texturizing spray! It gives instant volume to my hair without it being too sticky. I have extremely fine hair and this helps to bring it back to life. It doesn't dry my hair out and it has a great smell!

Multi-purpose Product
Love. It’s probably closer to a hairspray than it should be, but it gives a matte finish to hair and adds great body. I use it like a light hold hairspray and it doubles for oil control. I actually think it works better than my dry shampoo. The scent is not my favorite (it’s a soapy smell), but it’s not too overwhelming and it settles down with time.

Just ‘OK’
Unsure if my bottle is defected; however, the product is VERY difficult to spray. I am almost 50 and I have to use both hands to press and spray. Product is ‘ok’. The hold is ‘light’. My hair is not stiff and it does add slight volume. I do not feel the hold lasts. If I don’t use hairspray, it falls within an hour.

I freaking LOVE this stuff!!!!
As someone with very fine but very dense hair that tends to always look flat and lifeless, this stuff is an absolute game-changer. It's the ONLY thing I've ever used that didn't make my hair look even worse after a couple hours (I'm looking at you, styling mousse) or make my hair look/feel crunchy and gross. Don't get me wrong, this product WILL give your hair some grit--it has to in order to work. It's also soo easy to use for a relatively low-maintenance person like me. My method is to section my hair (just roughly with my hands, super super easy) by lifting up a section on one side of my part and lightly spraying the product starting at the roots and up to about 3" down the hair shaft on the underside of the section (spray more for long hair and probably less for shorter hair. My hair is about collarbone length). Then I flip that section of hair over my part onto the other side of my head, and repeat with a new section. I do this for 4-5 sections of hair on each side until I feel like I have pretty even application and good lift. I try to avoid spraying right on my scalp too much, and I don't put any product on the very underside of my hair. Then I do the same with 2-3 sections at the crown/back of my head as well, flipping each one forward as I complete it. After this my hair tends to look absolutely crazy, so I GENTLY brush out the top sections to smooth everything out, and scrunch from underneath my hair as needed to get the shape I want. This leaves my hair very full and malleable, but looks very natural. It took a lot of trial and error for me to get this just right, so it's definitely worth experimenting with different amounts of product, more/fewer sections, etc., depending on your hair and the look you are going for. After I use this product, my hair tends to wear very nicely and maintain a nice texture for the next couple days too, until I wash it again. If you're using this product regularly, I highly recommend using a clarifying shampoo about once per week as it can cause some buildup over time.I hope this detailed description helps others, as I am no expert hairstylist and it took me quite a while to get this technique down just with lots of practice. Now I absolutely have to have this product anytime I'm getting dressed up or want my hair to look especially voluminous with nice texture, and I love that I don't have to use heat on my hair to achieve this! If you have hair like mine and are looking for similar benefits, try this stuff!!

Didn't like the residue and feel after a days wear.
It really does add volume and hold. However, it left a residue and did become visible despite using it from afar. I also didn't like my hair texture the next day, it felt gritty and hard to manage, a rats nest. I got that result every time. I have to get my hair damp to reactivate my curls and I just didn't like how that felt either. So I could only use it the day before wash day. Just wasn't a fan despite trying it in different ways.

Such a deal-Verb is so underrated!
I almost bought this set at regular price which was still a deal. Separately, these would cost $60 together. From what I can tell, these are Verb's three best sellers and I can see why. I first used the glossy spray as a sort of detangler and then blow dried and flat ironed and I could not stop touching my hair. So soft! Then the very next day when I woke up with pillow mussed hair, I used the ghost oil and kind of finger styled my hair and long bangs and my hair looked beautiful! I had been careful not to use too much so I didn't look oily but I loved it. On a separate day, I diffused my hair and used the texture spray to make my hair nice and wavy and it gave me so much extra texture and bounce. None of these had scent and they all functioned as described. All easy to wash out as well. Considering these are full sized and I got the set on sale, I consider myself lucky because I was going to buy these separately anyway. People really need to talk about Verb more. It is one of the best hair brands out there without a doubt. And so affordable!

GARBAGE
I’m very disappointed, either the company changed its ingredients or this was a counterfeit. 1st of all it does not smell the same, it usually has a light sweet scent and this one smelled like alcohol. 2nd, it does not spray the same, this one sprayed like a can of cheap hair spray, when it is suppose to be a airy mist. 3rd, this flattens my hair and makes it sticky and stiff, it’s suppose to feel like a salt spray which gives you soft hold and volume. What pisses me off the most is that this crap irritated me so badly that I scratched my scalp raw. It also caused horrible breakage. I have very healthy thick hair, and now my hair is damaged. DON’T BUY THIS, spend your money in person at a reputable retailer.

Great product
I absolutely love this texture spray. It's not sticky at all, but gives my hair great volume that lasts all day long (looks even better the second day). It smells great, too.
