I have been using the product for a little over a year now. It is easy to swallow and doesn’t cause any side effects. I think it is an excellent product. I like that it is liposomal and high dose.

This really works for allergies even the first time I took it. I can tell when I forget to take it.

The safe upper limit of absorbed luteolin as a supplement, based on the available research, is 300mg/day. Individual results may vary, but it competes with adrenaline and norepinephrine and dopamine for clearance, so toxic side effects SHOULD appear after a single softgel. Thankfully, the label is a load of horse crap. Each softgel has about 100-150mg of luteolin, the rest of the filling is the Liposomal carrier. The total weight of the contents of each softgel is 400mg. Texture, color, and consistency is indicative of a quality product. I'm taking it for suspected MCAS. Considering that I have noticed toxic side effects that align directly with luteolin overdose, I have decided to scale back to 2 softgels per day, or half of my prior dose. If you can tolerate it, I find it works for MCAS, but also for neuroinflammation! It does interfere with a lot of meds though. Do your research! I wish all of you good health.

Was researching blood sugar levels effect on the body and came across a reference that luteolin helps prevent the body's absorbtion of sucrose/fructos. I was game to see if that might be true, and ordered this product. Apparently the liposomal aspect of this product is important because of the way the stomach effects luteolin otherwise. That said, within a week of taking this supplement, I found that I didn't remotely want the other half of a brownie I was eating and generally was steering my food choices away from sweets and sugary drinks- something very new to me at over 50 years old! Also, while the effects are subtle, and if you are paying attention, I realized my mental clarity both improved and correspondingly I saw a real reduction in some of my anxiety related issues. I've since ordered a couple more bottles of this, and look forward to the direction this is going. From my growing base of learning on what luteolin is and does in and for the body, and as a skeptic about most things I learn about, I'm very reasonably sold on this and believe it is worth anyone's investment to experience it for themselves.

This product says made in the USA but comes from Hong Kong as far as I can tell. No way to verify the origin or content! I purchased several times and thought it was made in USA ! Still waiting for Amazon to confirm!
