All works perfectly fine, was complete with fitting instructions (should you need them). Not sure I can say really - as not the most exciting product I've treated myself to :) .

These Work !
Got fed up with the toilet seat persistently moving about even when the fittings were fully tightened. Had tried other ways of keeping the seat stable without success so decided to give these a try. Ordered the whole kit but in the end only required the rubber cone shaped washers which fitted easily between the existing fittings. The toilet seat is now stable as a rock and I've ordered more of the rubber washers to keep as spares. Very simple but highly effective solution to the age old problem of the wobbly toilet seat.

wrong size
I was the wrong size for my toilet seat. So i've never used them but i can see how useful ghey would be if they were right size.

Worked a treat - good company to deal with
For years we had to put up with sliding loo seats - especially embarrassing when we had guests. These little beauties have finally fixed the problem. I have now installed them in all the loos in the house, and I have not had to re-adjust a single one of them since.Initially ordered the wrong size, but got a return code from the company without any hassle and a full refund on the incorrect items.Thoroughly recommended :¬)
