Best bark on a brisket I’ve had yet
I put this on a brisket and got the best bark I’ve ever had with it. Incredible flavor, the rosemary really takes it to the next level and has just enough garlic and thyme.

Best hands down.
This seasoning works great every time on brisket . We love the flavor . One bottle can do 2) 15 pound briskets trimmed . It gets a great char with this and it sticks well hold together great. I always recommend to others.

It tastes like dirt
I hate to give a bad rating because most of this brand's spice blends are amazing, but this one is just not good. The ingredients sounded like they would blend well, but it really does taste like dirt. This will be one of those spices that sit in the drawer until it gets cakey and I eventually throw it away since its a food item and not returnable. Stick with some of their other flavors though and you won't be disappointed.
