So far I absolutely love this pressure washer, gpm is soo awesome and super fast to rinse off soap. Pressure is perfect!! There's a bunch of dirty cars at my household and I've been not only washing my car but my friends trucks, dirt bike and other cars at my house and it's been amazing. Right off the bat I did upgrade to a 50ft pressure hose, snub nose sprayer by mckillan with the 2 nozzle holder on gun, mckillan suds cannon and quick connect for hoses and I put a starter hose on where the water hose connects (2ft hose) basically protects the connection where after lots of on and off uses the system wont ever leak "pro tip". I get super excited every time I bring out the unit

Purchased this specifically for washing cars with a foam cannon. Works great. It is compact, well built, light weight and relatively quiet. It works great for what it is intended to do. I have a gas pressure washer which is way too powerful for washing cars. The Active 2.0 with the 40* tip puts out enough pressure to clean off the majority of bugs and road grime during your rinse. Next, hook up the foam cannon and let it lay down a thick coating of foam. The included Adam’s soap is a perfect match, thick shave cream like foam that lingers. Realistically, don’t expect this to be a high pressure machine. It is not meant for stripping paint or cleaning driveways. It is very good at what it was designed for though. It is perfect for cleaning cars and light duty stuff like cleaning screens and patio furniture. I had a Karcher electric PW years ago that was intended for similar duty. It had a similar form factor to most of the electric pressure washers on the market. It was much larger, much noisier and had a bit more power than the Active 2.0. It was also more cumbersome to use and more difficult to store. Is the Active 2.0 worth the price? Well, that’s up to you to decide.

This thing is amazing plane and simple. As I said in my review of the active premium accessory kit it feels like you are at a commercial car wash! You can really feel the 2.0 gpm coursing through this unit. It’s also not as loud as I expected. I’ve tried other compact pressure washers, the craftsman and the dewalt and they both were louder and the cut off was intense when the trigger was let go. I always felt like something was going to break each time I’d stop spraying. That is not the case with this bad boy, everything seems solidly made and durable. This kit itself has some issues. I really wanted the active 2.0 which is why I bought it, and I was a little excited to try some new suds that it comes with, but boy was I in for a surprise on arrival. Now I don’t know who the genius was that thought packing a bottle of liquid soap with an open squeeze top would be a good idea but…they need a stern talking to. See pics, soap exploded everywhere! Luckily the unit survived! My garage still smells like bubblegum though. As for the other accessories; the hose is actually pretty awesome for an included hose. I like that it’s small and it wraps easier than the 50 ft gray premium one so for quick jobs like washing patio furniture I will definitely be using it. The included gun us nice too. Has a nice extension. Feels powerful. Again the gpm on this unit is amazing.

Great consistent pressure with no sputtering. This is one of the best mid level pressure washers I have used for auto detailing. It is very easy to set up but I recommend adding quick connects for your hose as well as upgrading both your hose and gun. The provided hose is nice and will work well for someone who only does a single car a day, but if you’re doing multiple vehicles a day the hose is a bit stiff and is prone to twists. The gun provided is is not a stubby which is a personal preference for me. The unit is only 24lbs so it’s not heavy, but there are no wheels so make sure you have a hose that will allow you to move around the vehicle (50ft has worked well for me). Additionally, the power cord is very long witch is awesome. The active 2.0 pressure washer is great for cleaning vehicles, it has consistent high pressure that blasts of bug residue, bird droppings, and even fresh tree sap. I have not conducted my own tests but there are plenty of videos on YouTube that show that the active 2.0 maintains 1800PSI and 2GPM which is very nice (many pressure washers advertise their PSI and GPM but only achieve those in perfect conditions or with upgraded nozzles). Overall this is a fantastic unit that should be your go to for car washes.

Adams is deceiving customers on Amazon with the prices of this product. What looks like the upgrade kit on Adams website and saving 20 dollars from Amazon, you are paying almost $100 more for their basic kit, and a bottle of soap, and the soap was also missing from my box. Buyer beware.

Loved the product, but after 3 months of use it started smoking really bad, so I had to disconnect it to avoid a fire in my house, waiting on customer support from active to find out about my warranty, I really like it a lot, hopefully it’s one of those issues that rarely happen, pressure it’s nice and very easy to wash my vehicles with it! ……update, got in contact with manufacturer and problem solved immediately, awesome customer service got a new pump!!!!!!!

I have ordered this washer twice now and both times it’s been delivered the soap has exploded all over the box and washer. The soap itself is around $30, and it’s unusable as it’s fully empty. The washer seems ok, but I am disappointed having received it for a second time, and it’s still was a mess.

I have this pressure washer that I bough maybe 3 months ago and it stop working. It hardly use
