Love these little books!

I love these books! They make great gifts and are also great for picking up little nuggets of information. I have purchased three already! They don't take long to read, which I love, and you can refer back to them or pick up where you left off at any time as it's mostly one statement per page.

I love these little books (I also have the little book of mindfulness). They fit nicely in my handbag and I can dip into them whenever I have a few spare minutes during my day. They really do help to take my mind away from all the 'chatter' and other noise around me and help restore a little calm in my life. Speedy delivery.
