I've thoroughly enjoyed these earbuds. They pair easily with my phone and they had an extremely good battery life for the first three years I had them. They have good sound for music and also good in calls. They fit in my ears well and I've never had a problem with them falling out of my ears. They do come with extra gel tips for them so you can put on the pair to adjust them to make them fit your ears just right. All is not perfect with them though. There are some issues that have cropped up, some occasionally, and some constantly in the last 6 or so months. The first issue I have is the case design makes the lid difficult to open. There is a small lip on the edge to catch your nail on to open it. However there is really nothing else to give a grip on the case when opening it. It is very smooth and it just makes it hard to open. Another slightly annoying issue, that's happened maybe a half dozen times over the 4+ years I've had them, is that they loose sync with each sometimes with really no good indication why. They essentially become two separate devices and you can pair with either of them, but you can only use one at a time in this state. You have to do a factory reset on them and then repair them with each other and then pair them with your phone, tablet or computer. The last issue, is that in the last 6 months or so, and I'm guessing it's because of the battery age on them as I'm beginning my fifth year using them probably 275-300 ish days a year for at least two hours each day, some days as many as 5 or 6 hours. In any case the left earbud started rapidly decreasing the amount of charge it has. About five or six months ago it would start telling me it was at low battery after about 1.5 hours of use, while my right one still gives me about 6 hours or more on a charge. Now it's down to the point the left one only lasts about 30 minutes, while the right still gives me a good 6 hours. Seeing how I definitely got close to their advertised 12 hours play time on a single charge when they were new, I'm almost certain it is batteries nearing their end of life. Considering how many times I've dropped the case, it popped open and flung the earbuds across the room, and other abuse these have taken I'm surprised they are still functioning as well as they are.

Amazing sound quality. Noise canceling cancels noise well, awareness mode is great. Call quality is good, and the battery has lasted me ten hours absolutely no problem. It comes with customizable attachments so that you can have a perfect fit for your ears. A little sad that you cant adjust the volume on the ear buds anymore but oh well. The life of these is about one and a half years or so, and then they start to not be able to charge one or both earbuds. Overall, very good for the quality and longevity, considering most things are made to break after a certain amount of time anyways.

I have been completely using Raycons for my earbuds for almost a decade now, and the Fitness Earbuds are my go-to! I recently tried the over-the-ear model, but they hurt the cartilage on my ears after extended periods of time. They also could be heard a bit outside of my ears by others, but not the Fitness Earbuds! The noise canceling is solid as always with a rich sound quality that Raycon is known for. The carrying case for the earbuds fits easily in my pocket so I don't necessarily have to keep them in my backpack. Pairing to my phone was very simple. Just go to your Bluetooth screen and it shows up quickly and with one click, they are up and running. The earbuds charge quickly with a long battery life that I have never run all the way down. Taking calls is clean and the appearance of them are non-intrusive. With three different sizes of the upper piece that fits into the cartilage and four different sizes of rubber ear inserts, they fit into just about any size ear with the opportunity to use different sizes in each if you are like me and have different sized ear canals for sure. The distance of keeping the Bluetooth connection is strong as well, so you don't have to have your device strapped to your person if you go across the house. Raycon continues to be the premium brand for a not premium price that I prefer. STRONGLY recommend!

These are by far one of the best pairs I have owned. The issues that I have with this are incredibly small compared to how nice these were. The sounds quality is amazing. The price is great compared to other headphones and I like that they don't have an app and everything is built into the heaphones. They fit great in the ear. They don't fall out even when climbing and jumping down off the top. Complaints: My two issues are with the noise cancellation. Sometimes It struggles to cancel out the sound of my lawn mower, or it will be canceling the sound then drop out. I have also noticed it that it will stutter when I am at the gym where there will be a pause and it kicks back in. The touch functions are great but a little sensitive, so many times I have brushed against them and started or stopped them, or taking a hoodie off and it registered that i touched it. I would still buy another pair of raycons when my next pair stop working.

7 months in and the left earbud stopped charging . I have done the following... 1. cleaned the connections. Made sure that there was zero oils/dirt/debris on the connectors of the earbud and charging base. 2. Unpaired from device and re-paired after reset using the reset in the charging base. 3. Placed a foam pad on the top of the left earbud and held the case closed. The charging light never comes on. I did not try the magnet "trick", as I am done troubleshooting the earbuds. This has been going on since the 4th month after I bought the earbuds. Not my first buy of raycons either. The left earbud is hit or miss. Some days it will charge but 85% of the time they will not. Don't get me started with my hair hitting the button sensors on either earbud. I will be sitting around and shake my head...my hair hits the sensor and it turns off the earbuds. Great that works, but the sensitivity is crazy stupid. Would I buy again? No. It is unfortunate that my ears are shapped where other brands can not stay in my ear. I've tried most Sony, and countless others to only be saddled with picking up the others off the ground when running. Im going to have to use over the ear style at this point. It's sad I am past the return by date on these. My first set lasted nearly 2 years until the unit failed the same way it is now. I bought the updated same model..and here i am with a product that did the same in less time.

It has only been just over a week with these earbuds. These earbuds are impressive and work well for me. They stay put in my ears during sessions on the elliptical. The included stabilizers make a dramatic difference when fitted in your ear. They do not slide out due to sweat and heat. I did not have to keep adjusting the earbuds by pushing them or twisting them in my ear during an entire 1-hour workout. The sound is big, as I am a heavy bass user with my music. The sound is not garbled or distorted by sweat like some other earbuds I have used. Finally, these are great!!!

For the product I received normally I would rate this 5 stars due to the comfort, sound, and overall love of the quality. But the pair I just got send that I got delivered a few days ago has an issue that I cannot solve. The right earbud sound is significantly different, it is quieter yet shrill and is unpleasant to listen to music or podcasts with. I have done a factory reset multiple times, checked sound balance on my phone, and tried to clean the headphone for some potential issue but nothing has helped. I don't think this is a normal thing and is an issue with the headphones i just got. I do have a warrantee but I find it silly to use it on a brand new pair that should be working fully.

Comfortable fit in ear. Quality sound. Battery lasted for days. Wore them mostly at the park with the kiddos. They don’t fall out of ears like AirPods

Those are very good fit perfectly in the ears, don’t fall out, when moving, and the sound is very very good

I'm not an audiophile, so I think it sounds just fine, whether I'm using it while out running or doing chores. I like that it's splash proof, since I've worn it in the shower several times after a workout. I occasionally encounter a few odd syncing and Bluetooth connectivity issues. - Several times a session, both buds will suddenly skip the sound, and immediately sync back in, but with a slight lag between the left and right bud. This L-R lag lasts about a quarter of a second but it's noticeable enough to be irritating. - Connectivity drops quite often if my phone is in my pocket or under my arm. - Occasionally only once bud will connect to my phone even though both buds sounded out the "power on" cue.
