Best for the price, bigger and nicer.
Very nice. Big screen. Clear picture. Plays well. If I need another portable dvd player I would definitely buy this again. Also very reasonably priced especially since it has a bigger screen. Thank you.

It's good and It's handy
I have it and I'm very glad. I don't stream shows and I know which old shows i want to watch on DVD. I can watch ANY DVD on here and I like that I can also connect it to a larger screen. It works very well. The only thing I don't like is there is no "Stop" button. That little square icon/button that stops the dvd. It's on the remote control but not on the actual player. Otherwise perfect.

Easy to Operate Rechargeable Portable DVD Player-Does NOT play Blu-Ray
Very pleased with this portable battery operated DVD player. Which also plays SD Cards, USB Drives. The touch pads are simple and large enough to easily see what you are doing even without your glasses on. It has a great picture resolution. Crystal clear. The sound is warm and not tinny at all as one might expect from such small speakers. It weighs almost as much as a bag of air. I bought this primarily for electrical outages. And it has come in quite useful. You can also use this in your vehicle for the back seat for the kids. All in all, I'm very pleased. On battery mode I've been able to watch 2 movies on one charge. Plugged in it's limitless. Do bear in mind these batteries are not changeable, only chargeable. And this will not play Blu-Ray disks. Just every other kind.

Disappointed
This our second portable dvd player first one was skipping consistent than we did a return and got a new one and this one now has a bright white lining flashing flicking light has if this one was used.Even got warranty on it and noting is being helped with.

Region issues
I got this for my dad. But his favorite movie avatar isn’t working and I’m unsure why. It says it doesn’t support our region. How do I change that?

DVD player is defective. Screen is not working. Just shows lines through it. Audio works but screen is definitely broken- maybe a lose connection. Sent an email to the warranty so hopefully we hear back on what to do. If not we will return this item. UPDATE: I emailed warranty that came with the DVD player and they responded promptly and are sending a new DVD player to me. Changing the review to 5 stars.

Came with a few minor scratches that you can't see when watching. But volume is excellent and is very light weight. Also a battery indicator would be nice to have.
