is this good for mouth tape?

Mouth tape? As in taping someone’s mouth closed? Or using for a wound around mouth area? If for wound around mouth area, it should work fine. Very gentle on sensitive skin, but not strong enough to keep someone’s mouth shut.

Does this tape contain aluminum in the adhesive?

I don’t believe it does. It’s silicone.

Is it clear? If not, what color is it? thank you

It’s a pale blue color. This tape is great especially if hair is involved. Easy to unstick from a scalp incision or wound.

Is this have a gel layer to reduce pain for fragile skin?

No gel layer, but no tearing or pulling on delicate skin. Best tape I’ve ever used.
