I bought these to replace the old batteries in my gas detector that won't hold a charge anymore. I put these in and charged them up and I am back in business. So far they seem to hold a good charge. Very happy with them.

These fit my Tiff sniffer perfectly, and they hold a charge just fine. Now we will find out if they last. Poor quality batteries I've had in the past only retain a charge well for 6-12 months. Good batteries get me over 25-30 minutes detecting time on a charge, and so far, these will do that. I keep a spare set at full charge in my detector case. At about 90 days now (11-10-22), I'll try to remember to come back here sometime after 12 months have elapsed to update.

Narrow product focus, did what i needed it to do

These batteries are 1/16 of an inch shorter than the batteries that were already in my Tiff 8800 Combustable Gas Detector. They don't fit tightly enough to make a good electrical contact. In other words, they don't fit. I will have to try a different brand of batteries.
