Lovely sponge, easy to make and good value for money. I bought this along with the Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream Style Icing 400g 6-pack . Sponge is light and fluffy, moist and not too sweet (until you add the Buttercream and Jam!)

Easy to use, exactly as stated
I ordered these to bake an anniversary cake for my sister and her husband. Cake was absolutely perfect, easy to follow instructions and baking method. I made a 6 tier cake, using an 8inch silicone mould. Two boxes were use with each layer at approximately 1inch in height. I wish I had taken pictured of the tiers but I have enclosed the pictire of the finished cake.
