Very Comfortable - Works Great
I was looking to add some inner bar ends to a flat bar gravel bike to give me some alternative hand positions. I wanted to put them inside of the grips but did not want to have to take off the grips to install them. I had looked at the SQlabs versions and the Spirgrips. The SQlabs required removal of the grips and possibly the brake and shifter controls. The Spirgrips were not available to buy online or anywhere else as they were completely out of stock. I decided to try these generic versions as they were hinged and would arrive the next day. I have only done a few rides so far but am very happy with the results. I am still dialing in the exact angle for optimal hand position but have found them comfortable on my fitness rides. They give me five (5) hand grip options. Normal grips, grips with thumb around inner bar, gripping inner bar with palm resting on grips, gripping only the inner bar and hand gripping the flat bar inside of inner bar and using the inner bar as a hand wedge. Time will tell whether or not they are durable, but they seem well made and secure tightly to the handlebars. For now they have completely changed my riding comfort using a flat bar.

Comfy grip, hard on palms
I just got these today to add as bar ends on my hybrid/fitness bike. I have flat bars and have been experiencing pain in my hands numbness in my fingers on longer rides. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these were made of a hard plastic rather than rubber/latex giving them a nice smooth feel. They are very ergonomic and fit perfectly in my hands! They practically feel custom made for me. Iโm so excited to get these on my bike and remove all the pain from my ride! Edit - after doing a 20 mile flat gravel path ride, I downgraded to 4 stars because, although the grip is comfy, I couldnโt find a comfortable way to rest my palms when using these. I positioned them up, then more forward, trying to reposition during my ride, but kept experiencing sharp jabs in my palms when going over bumps, even with gloves on. Maybe itโs me, but I downgraded these to a rating of 4 stars because it does provide some relief to change up the position of my wrists.

Extra hand position
This adds some extra options for hand positions on flat bars. The hinge allows you to put it on inside edge of the grips without taking the grips off. The clamp is narrow enough to not take up too much handlebar space. If you went over the bars during a crash, these could really hurt your ribcage if you happened to hit them.

Doesn't fit all hand sizes
The product description didn't mention that this only works for certain hand sizes. For me, it is too large, if I comfortably grip these inner bar ends, my palm cannot rest on the handlebar like shown in their photo, then it is unstable to control the bike. If I rest any part of the palm on the handlebar, my hand will exactly fall on the sharp turn that cannot be gripped. I guess it would be a good product for people with larger hands.

Fine for mixing up hand positions
I run these as inner bar ends. They're comfortable enough to mix up grip on the flat bar to these, but not comfortable enough to hold on to for more than a few minutes. I do like that I can grip these and still actuate the brakes. I probably wouldn't run them as bar ends, as for me the shape isn't comfortable enough to get a full hand grip for an extended period.

Pretty comfortable
I gave these only four stars because I don't have many miles on them yet. But so far I actually like them. They seem like good quality. Although I haven't put any real torque on them while climbing. I just use them for a different hand position while cruising. My original idea was to install them on the ends of a flat bar pseudo gravel bike. Because on smooth sections I ride with the heels of my hands on the very end of the bar. But these bar ends just didn't feel right on the end of the bar. So I reversed them (left to right & right to left) & installed them inside of the bar between the grips & brakes. They feel pretty good. Now that warm weather is here I need to give them a few more rides to decide if I will keep them on the bike. Not sure if I really need them or just like them because it is something new on the bike.

No need to buy more expensive ones
Use them as inner bar ends between the brake lever and the grip, so it's still easy to squeeze the brakes with your outside fingers. Put some carbon paste when installing so they don't move. They work just as well as the four times more expensive Innerbarends, which arrived late for me and I cancelled. They make climbing work like a dream.

Not to hold onto
As people have said, these are NOT bar cons or something you will hold onto. They are just a little back stop for your thumb and pointer to rest into. But all you other fingers and palm will be on top of your bars I do think they could be beefed up with a lot of tape.
