Can this mirror be hung with normal picture hooks and wire?

i did not use that method as the mirror to heavy, i bought flush brackets (£3.00 for four) which screwed to the rear of the mirror, then a single screw into the wall. Part of the bracket and the screw head is visible, but this is fine with us, the mirror and frame itself was well worth the money to buy.

Does it come with frame as it says framless on products information section?
