The media could not be loaded.  I wanted a smart watch that didn’t really look like one. Most have ugly straps and massive faces. This is really pretty. Comes with two extra straps more suited for exercise or work . The strap shown was too big for me but the tool was easy to use and removed a few links now fits perfectly and have already had a few compliments and send me the link for that watch lol. Easy to set up. I have fibromyalgia so this helps remind me to get up , drink water. You can change the face to many preset faces in the app It’s my first smart watch and I’m 50 and I love it! It’s just told me I’ve sat too long! Haha

I purchased this watch in July and now a few months later, November, the watch face has now become faulty. It has lines going over it. Really disappointed as it is a beautiful watch.

This watch is a lovely looking watch, very stylish and pretty. Not as bulky as what it looks and pretty easy to set up and I am not very tech minded. Comes with a few different straps and a tool to remove links from the metal strap, I had to remove 4. I bought it when it was on offer and therefore was a good price. Overall extremely happy so far.

I’ve made this, I’ve had a few to look at and they’ve never been quite right. I need to see lump of battery left steps I’ve done and the time very clearly and the bonus and this is you get the date and day. Plus you have a mass amount of watch faces to choose from so you can do a Halloween Christmas Easter and normal et cetera very lovely watched to look out very ladylike withoutBeing too bling

REVIEW UPDATE:The manufacturer's Customer Service has followed-up with me with and was very efficient in trying to resolve the issue. While this does not change my experience with the watch, I added a star to my review to reflect what I judged as a good Customer Service.Thank you.Initial review:Nice watch.I Liked the 3 different bands sent with the product and the good value for money.All good till 2 days ago, when the green measurement sensors turned on by themselves to never stop.They were noticed when they started to burn the wrist's skin.Resetting the watch 3 times was ineffective as the sensors were always on.Sensors never stopped until the battery was completely dead, long after the watch stopped.With the battery discharged, once you connect the watch to the charger, the green lights restart and never stop.Regardless of the fact that the watch was bought on 19th August, and is now outside of the Amazon return window (for a few days only), I am ready to send it back for a full refund because of serious, and dangerous functional issues.I am not asking any damages for the skin burning because it was superficial but this watch is dangerous to use and I wanted to raise a safety concern for the above reasons.This is why I am giving a 1 star review.Do not hesitate to contact me for starting the return/refund process.Kr.
