If your disappointment is present the. Somethings wrongs ! This is great product
I was bit sceptical about this ! I have high expectations when I buy cookware. It I have to admit it not only looks good works brilliantly so far on my induction hob. Used 3 times so far and I’ve not changed how I do things treat it the same as my others and I’m very impressed have used fry poaching and a stew and all worked perfectly and cleaning was easy and no hassle at all It feels a great weight easy to handle and feels sturdy one of the best surprises I knew I’d need a screwdriver to assemble but hey what a surprise they include one and more to the point it too is great quality ! I thought it might be bit small for me as single guy but have a lance for cooking too much but it’s a great size too All in all I cannot find fault with this pan ! I’m very impressed

Perfect for all my cooking needs. Non stick. Fairly heavy pan. Came with a decent screwdriver to connect handle. Would recommend.

Good Heat Transfer
Pan heats evenly in good time and cools down rapidly when heat is lowered. The easy to clean none stick surface does it's job well too. I find it to be of good quality and value. Very pleased with this purchase.

Waste of time and money
Don't bother. It arrives with the handle separate, two screws and washers and a screwdriver, and not one but two how-to booklets. Once assembled, it looks pretty, and that's about it. Every frying pan and saucepan I've ever possessed has worked perfectly on every induction hob I've ever owned. This beeps constantly the whole time it's on the hob, and doesn't even heat to room temperature. I'm not going to bother sending it back - I'm just donating it to a friend who cooks on gas. In future I'll be sticking to recognised European brands.

Lid did not fit the pan
The lid is not fitting to the pan. It keeps slipping off which will be very dangerous while cooking. And ofcourse the pan is useless if lid cannot be used to properly cover the food while cooking.
