This pillow was a Godsend. I had surgery requiring me to sleep on my stomach. Although I bought this pilloe expecting to use it to sit on, I winded up finding it is the best pillow for me to use while I sleep ion my stomach. I place a thicker pillow under my pelvis and and use this for my head. It makes it so much easier to put my arms in positions that are comfortable while also not causing issues with my rotator cuff. Even my dog loves it so I have to fight her for it. LOL

This pillow is a Godsend. I have a "bedsore" which is difficult to heal. I need to be sure I do not sit on that spot. This pillow allows me to sit in the position necessary to avoid the sore. It's the perfect size for the chair in which I sit. It holds it's shape a long time. I have to "fluff it up" every few days. Not every day as one would expect.
